This is a ground floor unit offering the ease and convenience of entering the pool area and beach access directly from the unit-NO ELEVATOR NEEDED! This is a nice amenity for unloading beach and pool gear and for quick trips back to the condo for snacks and meal time! The community grills and picnic pavilion are nearby. TEN FOOT CEILINGS make this condo feel especially spacious. You also have convenient access to the well- appointed lobby and complex amenities. A queen sleeper sofa AND a full sleeper sofa plus king-size bed allow five to sleep comfortably. The primary bedroom gives a nod to Key West with bright furnishings and fun artwork and accessories. Build your vacation memories at “Sandcastle by the Sea!” Note: This unit is completely NON-SMOKING. Smoking is not allowed inside or on the patio. On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay.
