This condo is perfect for the whole family, and comfortably sleeps 9, with a king bed in the master, full over full bunk with twin trundle in the second bedroom, and a sofa sleeper. This unit is located on the 12 floor, with direct gulf views. The balcony has endless views of the beautiful white sand beach and turquoise gulf waters!!! The view is breathtaking! Watch the sunrise, enjoy your morning coffee and watch the dolphins play from your private balcony. The pool has a swim-through indoor pool and is heated October-April! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. You can choose to dine in or out at one of the nearby local restaurants. Tradewinds 1205 is professionally managed by Island Rentals, LLC in Orange Beach, Alabama What is provided during your stay: Linens are provided, as well as a starter set of amenities that will typically last for the first 24 hours of your stay. The amenity starter pack includes the following items: one dishwasher detergent packet, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one packet of powder laundry detergent, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one bath soap bar in each full bathroom, and one hand soap bar in each bathroom. Each property is set up with four bath towels, four washcloths, two hand towels, and one bath mat, per full bathroom. One hand towel is provided for each half bathroom. Sheets, pillowcases and quilts are provided for each bed in the property. No pantry storage which created clutter with our grocery items. Only 3 dinner forks, 1 salad fork and two wine “glasses”. We enjoy cooking so were disappointed with inadequate kitchen. Other shortcomings were black mold on ceiling in hall bath and broken TP holder, lightbulb burned out on bedside lamp in 2nd Bedroom. We will not stay there again. ##### Judith T. The front door lock gave us quite a bit of trouble so that may need looked at. The washer/dryer closet gets very warm when the dryer is running. I think the cleaning job was ok prior, would be nice to have a vacuum in the unit to use as the floor gets sandy. Beach views were beautiful just had to really lean over to see the sunrise due to being on a west end unit. We enjoyed our week long stay overall! ##### Kevin M.
