Orange Beach is a great place to get away from it all, yet we are located right down the street from restaurants, stores, and even the legendary Flora-Bama! Everything was in working order...especially liked the unlimited hot water & the HVAC unit that actually worked and was large enough for the entire home. We've had homes in the past where the 3rd floor was exceptionally hot.House "sleeps 24" but they only provide 14 plates and not near enough silverware. They also had a one small baking sheet. It just isn't outfitted for a home that sleeps 24\. We like to cook on our vacations so luckily I brought things from home. The downstairs bunkroom should be a walk in pantry with shelves & another fridge. We used it for that anyway. The kitchen is very small and there is nowhere to store coolers and food. We had 18 (8 adults) people at our max days and it's tight. The dining table only seats 8 with 4 more on the island.Location is nice. Public beaches, grocery stores and restaurants are very convenient Pool is very nice but wish there was a hot tub. This unit is on the back end right next to the boat docks and it's beautiful...especially in the mornings. There's at least three parking spaces next to and under the house and plenty of extra parking by the pool. When I wrote to ask about parking they said there was no extra parking anywhere and gave me the names of several off site lots. I'm glad we didn't book any of them. Everyone was comfortable. I was the booker so the pressure was on but everyone loved the house and the location.
