Without a doubt this newly remodeled, beautifully decorated condo is the perfect getaway spot for your family! THE SPACE: Don't think about what you need because this spacious (1100 sq. ft.) condo has it all! The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped including a Keurig, regular coffee pot, microwave, toaster and blender. The living room is spacious with comfortable seating, queen size sofa sleeper, large flat screen smart TV, and a desk w/chair. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a flat screen tv, with a spacious dressing area and bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two full beds, a flat screen TV and a full bathroom. Both the living room and master bedroom have sliding glass door entrances to your gulf front balcony. Relax and enjoy your meals outside on the patio. We provide a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and free WIFI for your convenience. You will also enjoy the keyless entry system---no need to keep track of keys! Our large outdoor pool has a waterfall with lounge chairs and umbrellas. For safety, there is a fenced in kiddie pool area with a gazebo. You have access to the barbeque grills, half-court basketball, pickle ball court with nets and lighted tennis courts. Indoors there is a separate heated indoor pool and hot tub, fitness room, sauna and restrooms accessible from the pool area. Enjoy direct access to our beautiful white sand beach! To keep sandy toes clean, there is an outdoor shower area on the boardwalk. An ice machine is provided in the lobby along with vending machines for drinks and snacks. At a charge, an electric vehicle (EV) 40-amp dual-head fast charger is available located near the guest parking. Security cameras are active around the property and in the elevators.
