BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES: RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document. NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking. AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses. CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions. CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day. Easy access to the beach. It was wonderful to sit on the patio and enjoy the views. The few staff we interacted with were very nice. The place was clean and met all our needs. We didn’t realize until it was too late that there were beach chairs etc in a closet/storage room right outside the front door. It could use a good cleaning out and organizing though. ##### Becky B. The only negative was the parking . Staying here you are not guaranteed a parking spot. If the lot is full they have overflow parking miles away that you have to pay for. As cB I was unpacking I found dirty silverware under the dresser. My sons bed had dirty light covers that cover electrical plugs. It was half covered in paint. Out of 4 tv only one worked properly and two remotes never worked even after I replaced the batteries. The toaster caused the smoke alarm to go off on first use. Over all not pleased. ##### diana c.
