Welcome to The Enclave 206, a bright and spacious three-bedroom, three-bathroom Gulf-front condo in the heart of Orange Beach, Alabama. Located directly on the beach, this beautifully updated retreat offers sweeping coastal views, upscale furnishings, and all the space you need for a comfortable and memorable family or group vacation.

Parking – Two parking passes included. Parking passes can be picked up from the security guard on-site at no charge, usually after 4pm, during the busy season (March-Labor Day). During the off-season (Labor Day-March), Beachball Properties will provide you two parking passes.As guests at the Enclave you will receive two free parking passes. These passes DO NOT GUARANTEE a parking space. They allow you to park if there are spaces available. Included, you will find information about overflow parking.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:


RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: Parking passes can be picked up from the security guard on-site at no charge, usually after 4pm, during the busy season (March-Labor Day). During the off-season (Labor Day-March), Beachball Properties will provide you two parking passes. Parking spots are first come, first serve, and are not guaranteed. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are NOT allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Roomy, good room layout, plenty of seating for entire family, great location. Not quite as clean as I would have liked: mold in the fridge water dispenser and in the master bath tub jets, dust on shelves, balcony needed sweeping (hair and cigarette butts). Property manager (BeachBall) was very responsive and helpful.

Great location. Resort was as description on listing but the lack on parking for guests resulted with us paying for parking 3 nights during our 5 nights stay. Also the outdoor pool was closed 4 1/2 days due to repairs. I understand management might not have control over some things but I feel there could’ve been better communication with these issues.

For location, you cannot beat The Enclave in Orange Beach as a condo. You are able to walk to grocery stores and shopping and it has an easy in and out for your car.

Condo was wonderful. Beautifully decorated and spacious. Had some issues with parking which took several calls to get rectified. Thank you Betty! We were not aware that the building would be going through renovations. The only issue was they started at 7am. That’s just too early and it would wake us up.

One drawback

The only drawback was that we could not sleep late any of our stay due to new windows and doors being installed on all of the units. The noise was too much to sleep through and they started each morning between 7-8am. Other than that, stay and condo was wonderful!

Pool being replaced

The condo itself was great—had great appliances and comfortable furniture and mattresses. The outdoor pool, which was one of our necessary amenities, was nonexistent. The pool had been taken out and the process of replacing it was beginning. So for 6 weeds our view was a big sand pit with workers and machinery. The noise was so bad we couldn’t hear each other talking inside. I called Beachball Properties to complain and so told they were unaware but would check to see why we weren’t notified. They did call back and said the condo owner nor the HOA were aware the pool was being replaced. I wonder who authorized and will be paying for it if no one knew! My husband is partial disabled and couldn’t walk as far as the alternative beach entrance was and with no outdoor pool he could only sit on the balcony. This condo was on second floor directly above the “pool”.
