Enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf from the 10th floor of Summerchase condominium. This beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit boasts granite countertops and tile showers. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has a queen and a twin bed. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa. Flat-screen TVs and Roku are available in all rooms, providing cable, HBO, sports channels, kid channels, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon access, and Wi-Fi.

The fully equipped kitchen also includes a washer and dryer. Take a break from the sand and salt water and relax on the private balcony, where you can watch dolphins and enjoy the sound of the waves and ocean breeze.

Summerchase condominiums offer a variety of amenities to suit all tastes. Enjoy a heated indoor pool on rainy days or take a dip in the outdoor pool for a refreshing break from the sand and salt water. There’s also an awesome kiddie pool where you can relax and watch the kids play. After a fun-filled day, unwind in the indoor whirlpool hot tub.

Stay safe with the presence of a staffed security guard and cameras throughout the complex. Condo management is available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven days a week.

Just a stone’s throw away from the beach, you’ll find the CoastAL Walk-up bar, restaurant, and souvenir shop. Summerchase condominiums are centrally located, making it only a 4-mile drive from the popular Florabama, a 6-mile drive from the well-known Hangout in Gulf Shores, a 4.5-mile drive from The Wharf, and a 4-mile drive from Orange Beach Sportsplex.

Explore the Gulf State Park by renting bikes or walking the numerous trails. The nearest entrance is just a 1-mile walk away. There are restaurants and stores within walking distance across the street from the complex. Summerchase is still relatively private, with no direct condos on either side, which makes the beach less crowded.

We had to use the pull out bed but we were able to sleep the 6 we had with us. Great location had some beach supplies in condo. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Extra surprises that were nice

We loved our stay. Everything was as expected. We found a couple of surpises that were an added perk. The skimmer board was enjoyed by my son and we all appreciated the beach umbrellas. I appreciated the labeling of various things around the condo... light switches, utensil drawers,etc.

Cheer Comp/Beach Family Weekend Getaway

Check In and out super easy! Loved the location! The condo was very nice, the only down side was the musty smell. They had damp rid bags hung up all over but they were all filled with water and used up. I even kept the supplied dehumidifier going and emptied. My kids loved the journal and reason about other peoples vacations and we enjoyed the games, beach, indoor pool, ping pong tables and hot tub. *Wish the hot tub was hotter, it was just like a warm bath. The fans in the bathrooms do not turn on. So we just kept the bathroom doors opened while showing.

Will Definitely Stay Again

Our host was excellent, very quick to reply and everything was simple and laid out for us. The utensils were obviously ran through the dishwasher without being pre rinsed, so they were still covered in food. Other than that, it was fantastic, close to everything, and property amenities were spot on! We will 100% stay here again!

Overall the property is pretty good. The big drawback for us was the malfunctioning Roku and cable system. Even after reconfigured it is at best a cumbersome system.The condo had all the dishes, pots and pans and utensils and appliances you will need.

Nice location

Condo was decorated very well and the location was perfect. There was some construction going on while we were there but it wasn’t so bad. The tv in the living room took a few minutes to come on because I think it just needed updating. The condo has all the appliances you need, but you will need to bring things like foil.. etc. they had plenty of toilet paper, but no tissues. Overall I would definitely return. The owners responded quickly to any questions we had.

Great Beachfront Location

This property is perfect for a long weekend or week long stay. Beachfront with easy beach access. Fully furnished condo and close to multiple restaurants, including a walk to Costal restaurant from the beach.

The condo was nice and spacious. It was convenient to great restaurants. The view of the ocean was amazing. The only problem was cleanliness. There was a layer of sand in the master shower and on the master bdrm floor next to the window. Not the owners fault of course, but they might want to check with the cleaning crew.

Great location and view!

The best parts of this property are the location and view from the balcony! Easy access to the beach with a short boardwalk. Chair and umbrella rentals are available. Not much of a crowd on the beach either even in the middle of the summer, which was great! View from the 10th floor balcony was perfect for mornings and evenings and the outdoor furniture is comfortable. Also a table out there to enjoy a meal or two. Kitchen was stocked with more than we needed, although we weren't provided with a sponge and dish soap, so grab those before you arrive. Overall a great place to stay!

Girls weekend away

We could not be happier with our stay at this property! Nikki made the check in process super convenient, even communicating that it would be ready a little early and that we could check in early. The beds were comfortable, and the view was amazing! Walking distance from a really good restaurant and no high rises next door so there was plenty of room on the beach! 10/10 will stay here again!!

Great Condo!

Loved waking up in the morning and having a cup of coffee on the patio. We saw lots of dolphins riding the surf! The high floor made it great for sight seeing!! Condo was roomy enough for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids 6/3). We found everything we needed in the kitchen for days we ate in the unit. Publix is located conveniently across the street, along with a few other grocery stores not far from Publix. The beach was fantastic, it certainly felt private, even though there is public access in the next lot. Chair/umbrella rental is located directly in front of the condo on the beach, which we utilized every day we visited the beach. Beach was clean and beautiful. Had fun relaxing in the sun, playing in the surf and crabbing at night time! Lots of restaurants within a short drive of the condo. A few within walking distance, and one was basically next door - Coastal. Didn’t try it but have heard good things, and it was accessible from the beach. Condo does have a couple of pool options. We would hit the beach in the morning til about 3p, then rinse off and hit the outdoor pool. The outdoor pool had plenty of deck chairs. Only complaint would be there is no shade (obviously this is no complaint on the Host of thr VRBO! They were amazing!). There is an indoor pool also, which was a nice option. We stopped by one afternoon after the beach when the kids wanted to keep swimming but we wanted some relief from the sun! Host was great! 5 stars!! Would stay here again!!!
