It was neat, clean, close to the beach (which was not super crowded, even on Memorial Day) and had everything we needed. The balcony was a favorite spot for all of us. The only glitch was that the code we were provided to get in the condo during check in didn't work. We called and it took about 20 minutes to get it reset which was inconvenient since we were just hanging out waiting to unload. Once the local manager (who was very pleasant and helpful) called us and reset it, everything went great! We would definitely stay here again. ##### Keely T. They was sumer house condominium not Summerchase condominium. Took me a while to find indoor pool. Took 5 minutes every time to get it door. Halfway into typing code in it would flash red so you had to start over. One of the shower doors wouldn't move and if you moved wrong door you was stuck in shower. The floors wasn't cleaned prior to arrival within a couple minutes bare feet your feet where black. Every time i took a shower bye the time I got to my bed to put socks on i would have to wash my feet again. Coffe maker didn't work. But other than that was a great place to stay.
