Situated off the ninth floor of Caribe tower B, this remarkable Gulf side condo is the pinnacle of luxury.  
  
The spacious Master bedroom features a California King 14" deep memory foam bed, and a new Queen sized sleeper sofa with inner spring mattress, and enjoy our wall mounted 50" HDTV. Enjoy the floor-to-ceiling views from your bed, or stroll out the floor-to-ceiling glass doors with coffee to enjoy the huge scenic balcony with an unobstructed 180º views of the Gulf of Mexico.  
  
To the East the views are up the Old River and Perdido Key with daily sunrise and nightly star light vistas. Enjoy the 9th floor view of playful dolphins, people at play on the beaches, and at the same time a view most of our many pools and outdoor activity centers. To the West, enjoy watching the daily returning charter fleet in the pass, and nightly sunsets up Highway 182 lighting up the evening horizon. Or, simply relax to the gentle sea breeze from the 9th floor, watching the pelicans and sea birds hydro-glide almost within reach, while reclining on the comfortable oversized custom upholstered patio furniture.  
  
The spa-style master bath boasts a soothing jetted Jacuzzi, walk-in shower, large mirror, and a double sink.  
  
Spend quality time with your loved ones in the spacious living room featuring a very large open and comfortable seating area with an Italian leather sleeper sectional and matching leather lounge chair, as well as an Italian leather recliner with matching ottoman and convenient queen sleeper sofa. The atmosphere is light, relaxing and an inviting décor, with bright floor-to-ceiling windows, local artists adorn the walls, a stylish wet bar with ice-maker, and a new HDTV as well as a Bose stereo system.  
  
Feel free to use the convenient beach games and equipment the owner has stocked in the convenient full size laundry room.  
  
The sleek kitchen features stainless steel KitchenAid appliances, including an electric wall oven with a built-in microwave-convection oven with thermal probe and a sizable refrigerator. Start your morning with the high-quality coffee maker (spare in the laundry room for larger crowds), end the night with some mixed drinks with the blender with the amply stocked glassware. If cooking is your thing, you will enjoy the stoneware place setting for 12, and ample kitchen preparation tools and accessories.  
  
The first guest bedroom features a Double and Twin bed and a single sized bed, a TV, and attached bathroom. Similarly, the second guest bedroom features a Double and Twin bed and a single sized bed, a TV, and attached bathroom. All combined, sleeping room for 12!  
  
Staying in this lavish condo includes access to all Caribe Amenities including a complimentary boat slip.
