The pool was shut down the whole time , none of the tv’s but the living room worked , lights on balcony were out , the shower and the kitchen sink won’t drain .. dishwasher held water and wouldn’t drain .. would not stay again ..

DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE!!! The owner has not keept it up. Horrible condition. The dishwasher was out of service. The master bath light over the mirror is hanging loose with exposed wires. The bath vanities are corroded and rotten along with the baseboards in the floor. The hvac registers are hanging loose in the walls. The coffee pot leaks all over the counter. Remotes not working the tvs. shower curtain had black mold on it. Outlets hanging out of the wall. Couch is torn open in the corner. the dishes were dirty old food stuck on them. It was NOT clean, floors were filthy hairs all over the floor and sand, candy wrappers laying on the bedroom vanity, the disposer in the sink busted, water was in the kitchen floor management did come and change it out and brought me a shower curtain. The management staff was good with good communication this is all the owner collecting rent but putting nothing back into the unit. DO NOT GO OFF THE OLD PICTURES POSTED ITS ALL FRAUD. I have asked for a partial refund but have not heard back. It was not relaxing we felt dirty being inside it. Then i get a text from management about how to leave it clean !!!!

We booked this condo knowing it was outdated based on the listing photos, but it appeared to be clean. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.The condo had a strong old, musty smell as soon as we walked in. The furniture, especially the couch, was old, dingy, torn in multiple places, and felt dirty. Throughout the unit, we found hairs stuck to the bathroom doors, metal throughout the condo was rusted, dirt and grime on the baseboards, dust covering furniture, dried boogers on the master bedroom wall, and even a toenail in one of the skillets.We had planned to cook several meals during our stay, but after seeing the condition of the kitchen, we immediately changed those plans. The dishwasher had standing water in the bottom and smelled so sour that I literally gagged after opening it for only a few seconds.The sliding glass door would not close. We found a wooden plank by the door and was able to wedge it in place to keep the door partially shut, which was both concerning, inconvenient and allowed hot air inside.We understand that not every condo is newly renovated, and we don’t mind older accommodations. However, there is a big difference between “outdated” and “unclean.” With a thorough deep cleaning, replacement of worn furniture, and a few necessary repairs, this condo could be much more enjoyable. As it stands, we were very disappointed and would not stay here again.
