Host was awful to get a reply from! 2\. We was denied our service animal! 3\. We had to pay extra to park our one vehicle!4\. They have fans and portable AC unit running all through out the unit. Master bedroom stayed 76 degrees 5\. We had to clean up animal hair and pee many places in this unit before we could even start to unpack 6\. It came fully stocked with all your essentials and that was a nice perk. The beds were comfortable and the condo is very spacious. The pools are nice as well.My only complaint was the king bedroom had trouble cooling down like the rest of the condo.
