This 3 Bedroom/3 Bath Penthouse corner unit has views to die for, one of the best in Orange Beach! Enjoy your family vacation in this spacious gulf front condo with plenty of room to spread out. Property amenities include a fitness center, hot tub, outdoor pool, tennis courts, shuffle board, and a white sandy beach. Walk down the street to the Flora-Bama to listen to live music or enjoy great food on Old River at the Flora-Bama Yacht Club or the Flora-Bama Ole' River Bar. Rent jet skis or a pontoon boat and head to Robinson Island where the locals hangout.

Just updated Living Room furniture with a comfy sectional that has a queen sleeper.

In the master enjoy a king size bed and a twin pull out sleeper.
Guest Room 1 has two twins.
Guest Room 2 has a queen bed.
Living Room has a queen sofa sleeper.

*One parking pass is included with each reservation. If you would like to purchase a second pass for $50 plus tax, please let Signature Properties know before your arrival or you can purchase at the onsite office when you arrive or as needed. *Prices are set by the HOA and are subject to change.

*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties. Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

Perfect!

The listing is just as described and the property management was very communicative. We have stayed at many different places over the years, and this by far was the best! The beach was not crowded, the condo was quiet and a good mix of owners, and the location was perfect. We had four adults and two children so lots of space for everyone to gather, but also have their own areas to rest.

Beautiful, well equipped condo. Views were spectacular. Elevators had one side down two times during our stay. Pool was never cleaned and had sand on the bottom the entire stay.

Amazing Views

We just got back from a family vacation and have already started planning our next stay in 1205 at The Broadmoor! The layout of the condo was perfect and we loved the balcony! The addition of the bar area and ice machine were bonus. The building itself was nice because it’s smaller than most around and beach access was super easy. Can’t wait to get back to the beach!

Relaxing day week on the beach.

This was the absolute perfect location for my husband and I, my sister, and two teenagers to spend a relaxing week at the beach. The condo was spacious and clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. We really appreciated that it almost felt like a private beach, as there is a long stretch with no buildings. We would definitely recommend this property, and will likely book it again.

Love staying at Broadmoor 1205. Top floor, largest condo size in the building and spectacular views. We came with friends in 2018 and decided to stay here again this year. We love the spacious beautifully decorated condo, short boardwalk and pool with ocean views. No complaints.

Gorgeous Views and Wonderful Low Density Location

End unit with plenty of windows throughout and balcony with door walls off of both living and bedroom spaces made for incredible views and light filled rooms. Loved the clean bedding from sheets to coverlets and the Signature Properties contacts were very helpful / responsive. The beach was large, well maintained, and simply gorgeous. Suggest the railings on the balcony be painted and maybe some glass cookware / bakeware be added to kitchen. During our stay, there were some minor issues which were promptly taken care of by Signature Properties. We would not hesitate to stay in this condo again. Wonderful!

Hidden Gem on the beach.

Broadmoor 1205 is a great property. Located in an uncrowded part of the beach with a long stretch of open beach with no condos on one side. Very bright condo with a very large wrap around balcony. Unit is very large and comfortable and located on the top floor of the building. Lines on the beds are nice and very clean. Pictures perfectly represent what it looks like in person. Elevators are easy to get since this is a small property and you can be on the beach in less than 5 minutes. Unit was clean and my only complaint would be that the curtains MUST be replaced and carpets need cleaning in the bedroom. Railing on the balcony needs to be painted. Just a few things that need attention and this would be a near perfect unit. I understand these are taken care of at the end of high season but when you're charging this much for cleaning and so many other fees on top of the rental, things should be taken care of before each rental. That's really the only negative thing I can say. Parking garage is small but it works, it you have a very large vehicle or truck parking can be difficult so be aware of that. I would definitely rent this unit again, had a great time there.

Comfort on the beach

This condo was roomy and comfortable (with the exception of the squeaky king bed). The views were awesome. The pool was roomy. A nice lay out and the corner unit was great as far as privacy.
