It is sure to please the eyes! Be on of the first guests to stay in this inviting coastal getaway in beautiful Orange Beach, Alabama. The home accommodates 8 people very comfortably. The dining table will seat 8 and the breakfast bar will seat 4\. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of cookware needed to prepare amazing meals and snacks while on your vacation. Coffee lovers will appreciate the Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy the new stackable clothes washer and dryer in the utility room. Outside the back door is a covered outdoor sofa and 6 relaxing lounge chairs to enjoy. All of the bedrooms are furnished with brand new furniture and mattresses that are sure to help relax and recharge for your next beach adventure! There is a half-bath/powder room conveniently located on the main level for you and your guests to enjoy. This beautiful vacation home also includes FREE HIGH-SPEED FIBER INTERNET for you and your guests. Bedding arrangements: 1st Bedroom: King Bed 2nd Bedroom: King Bed 3rd Bedroom: 1 Double bed below and 2 Twin beds on top(Bunk bed) \*Each bedroom boasts a large smart TV as well as the living room. Summer Salt Cove Lot 25 is located just off Perdido Beach Blvd, (located directly behind The Ruby Slipper Cafe), just a 15 min walk or 3 min ride to The Romar Beach Public Beach Area which offers parking . "It is owned by The City of Orange Beach- a fee is required for parking". The new Docs Seafood and Steaks - Live Bait & Wolf Bay Restaurants, are all a 5 min walk. Also, the beach side Mini Golf is a 5 min walk. You are only a 15 minute-walk away from the pristine white shores and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
