We are located on the 15th floor with exceptional views of the ocean. The Admiral's Quarters Condo has been professionally decorated for luxury living. The Living Room opens up onto a large balcony that has two tables and sitting for 8\. Our Living room is equipped with a 50' High Definition flat screen TV and DVD. There is a separate Wet Bar with sink and ice maker. The Dining Room has a large table with seating for 6 and a breakfast bar with sitting for 8 on bar stools, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. There is a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The Master Bedroom has a private sliding door to the large beach front balcony. It is furnished with a comfortable King size bed and flat screen TV. There is a large walk in closet, private bath with double vanities, whirlpool tub, and separate glass enclosed shower. The three additional bedrooms are furnished with King size bed, King size bed, and Queen size bed. All contain large flat screen TVs along with private bathrooms. Free wireless network to the internet providing T-1 speed to your lap top. This condominium features a beautifully landscaped large outdoor pool, large indoor pool, fitness room with TV, a Sauna, and a BBQ area with grills. The living space and kitchen are both very roomy! Nice balcony, only issue was it rained the day we arrived and the cushions on furniture stayed wet for days (even when we hung them to dry) But that was a Mother Nature issue. One couple (first room on the left) did say their mattress wasn't comfy. The rest were great. Could use some additional dressers for storage in one bedroom, but plenty of closet space! It comfortably accommodated 5 adults and 2 children. The large, open kitchen was a highlight as well as the spacious pool with a waterfall and benches to sit on to keep cool in the water. We will definitely be returning to this condo! The only negatives were 7 burnt-out lightbulbs and sandy floors upon arrival. Condo info: The pictures do not reflect how spacious and open the living room/kitchen/dining room are. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom; all have anti-fog mirrors. The kitchen is well stocked (especially for a rental). With +20 years of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach rentals, the master jacuzzi tub is THE cleanest I have ever seen; I always deep clean prior to use and nothing came out of the jets. The outdoor deck is recessed enough for privacy. The property has 2 pools (indoor and outdoor), small gym facility, sauna, and ample parking. There are two elevators, so not a lot of waiting. It’s also less than 5 minutes from Publix and Walmart (and, of course, several restaurants and stores). Owner/manager info: I had a change in dates, then later I needed maintenance due to a dryer issue; the owner responded same day for both requests. Check in is off-site, but in a convenient location. Pricing for a month stay was reasonable. This is easily in my top 3 favorite rentals over the years (and definitely my favorite condo). Highly recommended! ##### Amanda B. Séjour de 7 nuits en juin 2022 ### 4/10 – Médiocre #### Adam L. 7 juin 2022 Points faibles : Propreté #### For the price I expected more Broken ice machine with a note on it saying it would be fixed it had been that way for awhile it didn't just happen it was full of mold no one ever fixed it. Live roach crawling around on the kitchen counter top. Told there was over flow parking there was not. Balcony sliding doors were not easy to open in the slightest with handle barely attached. Definitely didn't use a cup or plate without hand washing it yourself first or any type of kitchen utensil for that matter. The outdoor pool was in bad condition full of debris and you could see an oily film on top of the water. Indoor pool heater was out so it was way to cold to get in it. It wasn't just one thing but all the little things plus what i have mentioned adds up. Will not be returning to the Admirals. ##### Adam L.
