Completely and totally renovated condo!! FABULOUS VIEW!!!!!Nestled on the first floor with a fantastic view of the Bay, this unit has been completely remodeled from the ceiling down. The view captures you as you walk in the door and draws you in straight to the balcony. Easy access is an understatement. No stairs, No elevators. Unloading has never been easier. You can walk right out your balcony into the pool. Catch your boat ride steps away. You wont be giving up anything with this unit. Our family has comfort approved it. Comfortable beds, plenty of storage, lots of nooks to read or be on your computer, and Big TV's! And did I mention Easy access! Never touch an elevator. Yet still have a fabulous view! Access the pool right from your balcony. You also have a very private balcony with a very private pool area and place to lay out right in front of your balcony. Tucked away in a corner with so much privacy! You are minutes to all the best restaurants and music on the island. Ask about the kayak rental and paddle out to Robinson Island where all the locals hang out! This is a most fantastic place!! The view from the patio was amazing. It was so easy to move our belongings to the condo with door so close to the parking lot. We had everything we needed and the furniture was very comfortable. The kitchen was great. The location was close to so many things but was quiet and private. I was able to see dolphins that came in very close to the outlook area of the outdoor area. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. I felt we had great communication with the Connie, the owner of this condo and it was really nice to meet her in person as we were leaving We only had 10 days here because of my husband breaking his femur ( we were scheduled for 35 days) Even with his new handicap, this condo worked out so well and we were so happy we were actually able to make it down here ##### Mary C. And went to Sweet Cone Alabama for ice cream 4 times in 6 days. We had family staying on the beach but it did seem like public beach parking could be difficult during busy times.
