Serenity is a multi-story home located in the beachside Romar subdivision in Orange Beach. This charming getaway offers guests an open layout that combines the kitchen, living room, and dining room together for more convenience. The home has a delightful interior decor that will make you feel right at home. Unwind on the comfortable, L-shaped couch while watching TV, or enjoy a fun-filled afternoon on the private deck with a cold beverage in hand. This deck is also conveniently equipped with an outdoor dining area and a few chairs where you can admire the beach. Serenity's amenities include access to the community outdoor pool, a tennis court, a gazebo with a grill area, and a boardwalk to the private beach.

What's nearby:
This marvelous and spacious retreat has a prime location between Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. On one hand, downtown Gulf Shores is four and a half miles west with restaurants, eateries, shops, markets, and other conveniences just a few minutes away. On the other hand, Orange Beach is two and a half miles east and also features a plethora of dining options. Adventure Island, a family-friendly amusement park, features go-karts, bumper boats, laser tag, kiddie rides, and erupting volcano replica that comes alive with a powerful and memorable show; you can even feel the vibrations and feel the steam - all you have to do is travel one and a half miles away and you'll find it. If you're after endless entertainment and delicious dining, head for The Wharf. It features fishing and boating activities, one of the largest Ferris Wheels, a mini-golf course, arcades, and even a zipline course! You'll also find The Wharf Amphitheater, where some of the country's hottest bands also perform.

Gem of A Stay!

This property is truly in a perfect location. The distance too the beach, via the boardwalk is 5 min or less if you run! The home has a very welcoming and calm ambience. We were not disappointed. Of course, if you're a regular veteran visitor, you bring your seasonings to cook, your paper goods, etc so you dont spend too much unless its no concern. This is a wonderful place. It was very, very quiet and we felt safe. Beautiful beach here and we saw the dolphins!!! What a treat! We loved the neighborhood as we had beautiful scenery for our family pics! Thank you for maintaining a gem of a place!

Family vacation

We absolutely loved the location of the house and the accessibility to the beach. Really the only negative about the house is the furniture in the living room. For being such a big house the living room furniture was tattered, dirty looking and small. Other than that it was an awesome vacation!

Large home, great location-but the home is in need of maintenance and cleaning. Furniture is broken, stained, ripped; bathrooms had hair and bugs, spider webs, burnt lightbulbs and broken light fixtures, with exposed wiring. kitchen cabinet facing is chipped, cabinets dirty. Suggest Updated photos posted for more accurate depiction of property - Vacasa was responsive - delivering new towels, sheets, AC repair, internet repair). Space was perfect for our extended family.

Perfect for large family and steps from the beach

We have 10 adults in our family. We had plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate our group. We loved the decks to eat out on and to have family time all together. The tennis courts were a hit for our people. They played at night. The beach is right out our door and down a short boardwalk. It was so conveniently located to the beach. Check in was simple; we were just given a gate code and door code. We were contacted that our condo would be available early and that was wonderful! Having a water purifier of some sort would be a luxury addition but that would be such a perk, lol. There was a keurig coffee source and the traditional coffee pot and filter which were great options. The house was clean and just overall a perfect place for our family to vacation.

Property was clean and owners were very accommodating to our needs. I will definitely stay again.

Plenty of room for 11 adults and there were 3 beds to spare. Very clean and roomy. I would encourage anyone to choose this place. Only 1 downfall… the ice maker did not produce ice like it should, maybe needs repairing so we purchased ice from Walmart. Great house and beach was about a minute walking.

Serenity is an apt name for this property

This property was just as listed. We loved it. There were 13 of us and there was plenty of room for all of us. We will be staying here again. The management was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had.

Great place to stay!

It was just like the pictures. Clean and everything worked as it should. The ice machine was a big plus. There were 6 couples in our group and everyone was able to have their own room. It was a short walk to the beach. We had such a great time and no issues whatsoever. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Would definitely recommend!

Basics not provided

The rental was nice and roomy for our family of 10 and nicely furnished and decorated. Great location and gated community. The common pool area was nice and well kept. The kitchen was well equipped with pans, dishes and utensils. The air conditioners worked well. Unfortunately for our extended family vacation, these positives were overshadowed by several negative things associated with basic provisions, not amenities. The information on this unit indicatee it undergoes expanded cleaning due to COVID-19. The in cabinet kitchen trash can was full from previous renters (who knows how long). The ceiling in staircase had visible signs of mold. When turning back master bed for first nights sleep, the fitted sheet was covered with many, many short black hairs - had to stay up and wash sheets before being able to sleep. The instructions posted by each toilet stated not to flush even toilet tissue! And overshadowing it all - an basic operational refrigerator was not provided for the duration of our stay (and a refrigerator in a house is not an amenity). It took 3 calls and service visits to determine it needed a repair and the part could not be obtained and installed during our trip. We were not provided any other provisions besides a large cooler with ice for our 350.00 worth of food we planned to cook/eat. I called Vacasa and asked for a discussion on provisions for this appliance failure - I was told I would be called back. No one every called me to try and make things right or fair. I could not believe VRBO/Vacasa did not try to better address the situation nor return my calls. Very disappointed and put out..

Great location/House needs work

We really loved the community where this house was located. The access to the beach, which was pleasantly uncrowded compared to condo building properties, pool and tennis courts were so easy with a big group including little ones. The layout of the house was also excellent with private baths in all bedrooms. With 4 adults and 5 kids we never felt crowded which was awesome. The built-in ice machine was a real plus. When we arrived at the house it appeared somewhat dated but usable. Then the problems became more apparent. The front burner of the stove didn’t work, the sewer system was so clogged the toilets barely flushed and one even bubbled when the the shower was on. A TV didn’t work in one bedroom and the sheets were so rough that my 6 year old kept asking me to get the sand out of his bed. Even the cabinet facings were peeling off the kitchen cabinets. I understand that rentals can take a real beating, but it appears ownership in this house is not doing any on-going upkeep to maintain the home to a standard expected for the price. We spoke to other renters in the community that said their houses did not have similar problems. The Mgmt company was responsive to repair the major issues, but overall some investment needs to be made in the property.

Love, love everything about this home and location.

What a wonderful family vacation we had at this beautiful home and location. Just a few steps from the pool and tennis courts and a spectacular view of the beach. The beach is just across the parking lot. This home is well equipped. All you need to bring is your food, drink, and bathing suit. We hope to vacation there again.
