Wrap up the day with waterfront views as you relax and recharge on your private balcony.

The Space:
Back Bay 207 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo that sleeps 6 guests in the height of style and sophistication. The newly remodeled Orange Beach unit boasts luxurious upgrades like quartz countertops, vinyl plank flooring, and all-new stainless appliances. The open floor plan offers spectacular bay views from every angle, with large balcony doors that keep pleasure island in plain sight. The gourmet kitchen makes cooking a breeze with a large central island and custom cabinets stocked with cookware and tools. Enjoy effortless comfort with a new HVAC unit, an electric water heater, a private washer/dryer, and plush furnishings throughout.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, private balcony access, and an en-suite bathroom with a stylish tile shower. The second bedroom boasts a queen bed with premium linens and a flat-screen TV. The sofa converts to a queen sleeper bed, offering extra space for late nights or restless sleepers.

Guest Access:
Back Bay Condominiums is a gated community on the banks of Terry Cove Harbor. As a guest of Back Bay 207, you can indulge in exclusive amenities like an outdoor pool overlooking the bay, fishing pier, large family gazebo, and a private kayak launch. Just outside the resort, Terry Cove opens right into Perdido Pass, where sun-drenched islands and boat-friendly restaurants make for a spectacular day on the water.

You can explore all of Orange Beach from your central location, which is right off Canal Road and just 0.6 miles from Sportsman Marina. A short drive will take you to great attractions, from the world-famous Flora-Bama (8.2 miles) to The Wharf (6.7 miles) and The Hangout (10.4 miles). At Back Bay 207, you can easily enjoy the best of Orange Beach.

Other Things to Note:
Guests are not allowed to bring boats or trailers onto the property. We recommend contacting Romar Marina for boat slips and storage.

Pool closes at 11:00 pm.

Fathers Day Get Away

We came to this property on a whim. We were very pleased with the property. The condo was updated and very clean. The view was great, the pool was great. We rented a boat slip just down the road at sportsman marina and that made things even better. This property comes highly recommended. We will be inquiring about a longer stay later this year!!!!!

Lovely View, But

Condo had been remodeled in the last year as pictures and description indicated and patio view was Lovely. But had issues with AC being controlled by owners woke up hot many nights & had to readjust settings…had a AC guy come out mid week in our stay, had to work on ac drainage in the pm. Because of remodeling in master bathroom you hit your head on shower glass getting on & off toilet very tight. Master Bed was above my waste had to clime on side rails to get in bed & mattress had many sink holes. The guest bathroom shower curtain had black mold growing on it… probably because ac is turned up in summer when no one is there. The furniture in living room looked nice but not comfortable & fridge did not have a ice maker. Susan Stabler the property manager helped us with the ac issues and any questions we had, she was helpful & professional. I will not stay in this particular condo ever again.
