Floors were not cleaned prior to arriving as our feet were filthy the first day from walking barefoot. Master shower had no place to put toiletries. And it would be most beneficial for the departing instructions were in the condo permanently rather than depending on them to be emailed which they never were ama no one answered the phone number given or responded when I asked for them.
