Tradewinds is a high rise located on beautiful Orange Beach, white sands and beautiful panoramic view of the Gulf of America! This is unit is on the 12th floor. The unit has a large gulf front balcony from which you can enjoy the beautiful beach!

Whether you enjoy shopping, dining out, golf, deep sea fishing, or night life, Tradewinds is conveniently located to any activity you enjoy. Across the street from Adventure Island and Fatdaddy's Arcade, go-carts and putt putt. The beach side pool deck is only steps from the beautiful white sand beach.

Beautiful view and conveniently located near many restaurants and activities. There was an issue with the electric in the kitchen but the owner was on top of it and communicated exactly when the repair people would be there.

Neither Hot nor Cold

The place to stay to get away for a few days close to the ocean. One thing we liked was the beach was not crowded. No really big condos on one side and a string of small beach houses on the other. Easy to find a quiet place to relax. Also relatively inexpensive.

Excellent stay!

The room and condo complex were wonderful! We loved the heated pool, though the pool code had changed from what was in the listing. The view from the balcony was spectacular. We would definitely come here again!

Great Location - Enjoyable Stay

Enjoyed over a week here. Communication with John was great. Quiet location, beautiful beach and great view. Decent condition condo. You will need a parking pass for a $30 additional fee during stay as security checks and places warning tags on cars, purchased down the street at the management office.

The place was dirty , cabinets , top of fridge and even the bed comforters. Toilets stopped up constantly, don’t flush well at all. Really good use a good overhaul . Would not recommended this to anyone I know.

Orang Beach was a dream!

We had an incredible time during our stay! We could see so much ocean life right from the balcony and watching the colors of the Gulf change with the sunlight was indescribable! The condo had everything we needed for our week long stay and our children didn’t complain once! The only real issue we had was staying connected to the WiFi but John was very prompt and attentive in communicating with us. We are already considering this location as our family vacation next year as well.

Not the cleanest

Other reviews mentioned it could use a deep cleaning and they aren’t wrong. But knowing that going into it I just really wanted an ocean front balcony so that’s why I chose this property.

property was great, however VRBO gave us the entry code to the unit and pool code, however, they failed to give us the unit number. After a few phone calls to VRBO we finally got an agent that contacted the owner. The owner called us and gave us the #. The owner was great; will stay there again.

The condo itself was fine, but I think it suffers due to design of the building. Elevators right outside the bedroom window and the garbage chute around the corner rattling through out the night made it difficult to sleep. The AC unit cooled as it should, but makes a high pitched whine while doing so. However, the view was great, furniture and amenities were fine. No complaints other than the noisy night
