Phoenix on the Bay 1428 is a fully remodeled, beautifully decorated three-bedroom, three-bath condo that sleeps up to eight guests. Enjoy a king bed in the master, queen beds in both guest bedrooms, and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room—plenty of space for family or friends.  
  
Step inside to find a light-filled space featuring floor-to-ceiling windows in both the living room and master bedroom, offering direct balcony access and incredible views of the bay, lazy river, and kiddie pool.  
  
The kitchen is a showstopper, with all-new custom cabinetry, sleek stainless steel appliances, and seating for four at the breakfast bar. A Keurig and regular coffee maker are provided for your morning routine. There’s also a separate wet bar with an ice maker and sink—perfect for entertaining.  
  
The dining area includes a gorgeous chandelier over a table that seats six. The living room features a large sectional, two recliners, and a flat-screen TV, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day on the water.  
  
The master suite is a retreat of its own, with a king bed, flat-screen TV, private recliner, and a completely updated bathroom with a double vanity and large tile walk-in shower. Both guest bedrooms include flat-screen TVs and access to fully remodeled bathrooms with beautiful tub/shower combos.  
  
Step out onto the tiled balcony, where you’ll find Pollywood Adirondack chairs, a bistro table with four chairs, and gorgeous views of the bay, pool area, and lazy river—perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-Hauls, buses, and similar large vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Boat trailers are allowed on a first-come, first-served basis for a fee, and boats and jet skis are welcome.
