Pools and beach and live music was great. The cleanliness of the condo was not good, the tile counter top was held together with blue painters tape, the shower controls fell off into my hand when adjusting temperature. My husband and I could barely open the sliding door to the patio, it was so heavy and did not stay in the track. The condo could use a little love. No rugs to wipe your feet on. One of the fans in the living room shacks a lot to the point we were scared to use it. They said they fixed it but still shuck too much. This was a very nice condo and tastefully decorated. As with any rental property, there are a few cosmetic areas that needs work. Some wall scrapes in the hallway need repair and painting. Jun 13, 2019 #### Enjoyed greatly but some items are worth making the owner aware of Had a great time and only have a few items to mention for the Benefit of the owner and the next guest. Room 215 at Phoenix X is in bad need of a new couch and twin bed mattresses. The couch sinks in and the pull out bed as well sinks due to missing springs. The twin beds in the 2nd bedroom were worn out. The washing machine took over an hour to wash for some reason. Everything else was perfect. Hopefully the owner will be made aware as I know I would want to know. ##### Steve H.
