Each upscale unit features a hot tub, a large grill on your own balcony, and views for miles. Turquoise Place's bar and grill, "Change of Pace," is now selling breakfast beginning at 8:00 am! Guests can now enjoy breakfast options on-site! Turquoise Place D-2001 is a 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath on the 20th floor in the D tower. • A fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances. The dining table seats seven, and there are eight barstools for additional seating. • Wet bar with wine cooler and ice maker • Tile flooring is throughout the entire unit • Full-size washer and dryer are located inside the unit • There are two air mattresses in the closet of the primary bathroom. Sheets and pillows are provided. • The primary bedroom has a king-size bed. The primary bathroom has a jetted tub and a separate shower. • The second bedroom has a king-size bed • The third bedroom has a king-size bed • The fourth bedroom features two full-size beds • No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry! • A maximum of two cars is allowed. There is one assigned parking space, and the other is first-come, first-served. • Per the Turquoise Place HOA: The minimum age to rent is 25 years old, and must be physically present for the entire duration of the contracted stay. Keys will not be issued to anyone under the age of 25, and identification will be checked. There are no exceptions for this policy. \*\*New as of 2024: WATER SLIDE The new water slide is an exciting addition to our World Class facilities! This is expected to be our most anticipated amenity. There will be a height restriction of 48” and weight restriction of 300 lbs. per the manufacturer. Slide rules and height marker are on the gate leading up to the slide. Access is via the C tower outdoor pool deck on the south side stairwell. Attendants will be on hand at this amenity. Hours of operation to be 10am-6pm, 7 days per week (weather permitting). \*\*Closed seasonally. Closed beginning November 2nd, 2024 and reopens March 1st, 2025.\*\* SPLASHPAD This is sure to be a hit with those families with smaller children. Our Splashpad from Aquatix has many water features including a splash bucket and water cannons kids will enjoy. The splashpad is located to the left of the C tower outdoor pool and slide. Hours of operation are also from 10 am-6 pm, 7 days a week. Chairs are provided outside the gate but should not be taken into the splash pad area. \*\*Closed seasonally. Our professionally designed, 8 hole putting green has ample lighting for evening play as well. There will also be scheduled activities each for children to try their hand at this sport. Check in lady was rude, and had to get you guys on the phone to even finish check in. She still didn’t give us everything we needed. Need extra parking pass and wouldn’t sell it to us. Room was awesome except for the bedroom beside kitchen we could never get the shower to be hot, The hood vent over stove there was some days we couldn’t get it to turn off so had to just leave it on after few times of holding button down it may or may not shut the vent off. We had 2 kids with us and the kiddie splash pad is just terrible… sorry wasn’t much to it and so therefore nothing for them to do but share one little section where the shallow end starts at zero depth. Party goers arrived Friday and boy are they loud whoever stayed above us kept us up all night. Sounded like they were moving furniture around or something. Overall I would return but not with children. The view and the room overall was amazing. We never felt on top of each other and the ocean views were gorgeous! The kitchen and wet bar with an ice machine was great for cooking for 8 people. The hot tub was not working during our stay which was a bummer but it turned out okay. After calling to inquire if it will be fixed. We had a member of the Aquatics Team there the next day. They had it fixed quickly, but it didn’t heat up enough for use until the morning of our departure. These things can happen, especially considering the 100 hot tubs on property. We had issues with the hot tub not staying warm and it leaked. Maintenance eventually shut it down. I would recommend supply bath cloths in addition to the makeup cloths supplied. Elevators were out of service which made wait times long. Overall, we loved our stay andWould stay again. ##### Sheila B. Turquoise Place has everything right there for all ages. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view is amazing, we watched several dolphins feeding right from the balcony. The only negative thing about the condo was the freezer would sometimes be impossible to open. I’m not sure why, but I wouldn’t say that’s an issue. There are a ton of dishes and cookware. I would recco bringing kids utensils, plates and cups but other than that they seemed to have everything. We absolutely would stay here again! ##### Courtney P.
