Bed was very uncomfortable! Sofa cushions were in bad shape! Clean but not much left to actual cushion. Stayed on 12th floor and both Saturday and Sunday music played by group on pool deck was VERY loud! Couldn’t hear our own music playing at normal volume, 12 stories up!! Complained Sunday about it and was told security was actively pursuing the complaint, but over an hour later, it still continued and no security ever showed up! Will say that first full day there, I was contacted by management and asked if any problems. We mentioned that bath tub did not drain properly and when we showered later that evening, it drained great, so obviously they addressed and fixed!
