We especially loved the balcony that overlooks the lake and chateau. The only downside is the apartment does not include linens/towels or internet, which was not communicated to us until after we paid and made the reservation. "The house is nicely furnished with almost everything you need. On the surface everything was clean, but in a few corners spiders have made themselves at home. Garden and pool is really nice, and especially in summer the pool is recommended. You have long distances to the nearest supermarket or gas station, and everything you need should be in the house. "Das Haus liegt schön auf dem Land, allerdings umgeben von Landwirtschaft, was permanente Beschallung durch Maschinen bedeutet. Der Garten ist naturbelassen, bietet viel Platz und Schatten, eigentlich schön - leider auch ungepflegt. Nicht komplett eingezäunt, für Hundebesitzer etwas nervig da die Hunde des Nachbarn ständig vorm Haus auftauchen. Der Pool ist schön, muss man selbst reinigen, weil der Roboter nur 1x die Woche eingesetzt wird, was natürlich nicht reicht. Das Haus selbst ist...

"Newly renovated, historic home with a beautiful yard in the idyllic French countryside. Plenty to see and do - historical sites, breathtaking views, great food and pastries are in the town on Banon. Experience an old world town with all your creature comforts satisfied. All appliances are new and there is a grocery store within walking distance. "Fantastic little house in the most awesome location. Everything you need for a quiet base to explore the area. The view from the side of the patio is breath taking and the best place on earth to have your breakfast. Both Phillipe and his Wife are welcoming and very informative."
