If you are looking for a private, waterfront, off the beaten path, new cabin to explore the Rangeley area, this one is for you! The only rental we have on West Richardson Pond - located near the Richardson Boat Launch off Wilsons Mills Road 15-20 minutes from Oquossoc Dock added in 2025 for you to enjoy the pond This pond does not have a public launch, but you are welcome to hand carry a small boat down to the water and keep at waterfront during your stay! 2 canoes provided as well - (along with life vests and paddles) - AMAZING fishing on this pond! Front porch facing the water All new construction and furnishings Fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher Kitchen island seating for 4 Living room with gas fireplace Smart TV - Renters use their own streaming services! Its location is nestled comfortably on wooded rise just above Richardson Pond. The nearest neighbors are out of sight and sound. The design is comfortable with a nice kitchen, comfortable TV/sitting area, full size balcony, and the "tools" necessary for those who like to cook.
