Couldn't imagine a better getaway for our 3-generation family and our Newfoundland pup “Moby”! From the rustic cabins, front porches with gorgeous views of the sloping yard down to the lakefront and private sandy beach, as well as close proximity to Bald Mountain hiking trail, it fully met our expectations. The private beach, solo stove and mooring were amazing. The cabins on the other hand were a big disappointment. I wish there was a dishwasher and only one of the microwaves worked properly. I think it should have been written in bold that the water is not drinkable. Lastly, and of most concern, my 5 year old son's leg was bit multiple times while in bed. I'm not sure if he was bitten by bedbugs or flees. For the amount of money we paid per night, I expected decent mattresses rid of pests. ##### J Justin M.
