A private jetty lets you sail straight from your garden to the IJsselmeer, creating a seamless connection between land and water. Comfort, Connection, and Entertainment Inside, the bright and open living space invites you to relax together in the cozy lounge with a smart TV for streaming and a generous dining area for shared meals. The kitchen is fully equipped for group cooking with a central island, two combi ovens, two dishwashers, multiple refrigerators, and both capsule and filter coffee makers. On the upper level, a casual lounge with bean bags and a second smart TV provides the perfect setting for movie nights or downtime with the kids. Outdoor Living on the Water Step through the living room doors onto a spacious terrace with garden furniture and a waterfront view. Dine outdoors, lounge by the water, or moor your sloop at the private jetty just steps away. With two en-suite bedrooms on the ground floor and five more upstairs—plus five well-appointed bathrooms—everyone enjoys space and privacy.
