Dirty, foul smelling room. Broken curtains so light flooded room. No light bulb. Heat could not be regulated so it was stifling hot. Breakfast was utterly inadequate. Never stay there again.

The doors didn’t work to get in the rooms! I had to carry my luggage to 3 different rooms to find one that worked. Also the air conditioner didn’t work we sweat the whole time .

The first room did not have running water in the bathroom faucet and the over head light did not work. Moved us and the next room toilet had pee in it and did not flush properly. Also a/c did not work well

This hotel is in need of an overhaul. Worn carpet , dated furniture, water stains in tub and not very tech friendly. The pool was dirty and unusable. There was a sign on main entrance that said “ pardon the mess , we are under renovation “ but I saw no evidence of such .

Hotel was very dirty, nasty smells and exit doors could not secure. Property was very nasty and trash that was sitting on stair way Tuesday night was still there Thursday morning. Trash everywhere. Pool could not be used due to extremely dirty and not taken care of. Drugs being sold in the parking lot Wednesday night and nothing done

Thank you for staying with us here and just want to know why you didn’t report to front desk if someone selling drug in parking lot our desk clerk are behind desk they can’t see what’s going out side if you had either told them or you could have called the cops your self. For future make sure just let the desk person know if you see any thing wrong please.

The property is under construction and the smell and atmosphere was unbearable. Construction is good but they may need to consider closing until they a more appropriate environment for guest. At the least, let customers know the actual condition of the facility.

The room had great A/C, soft sheets, and an excellent dining area for the complimentary breakfast. My room did have more than a few issues though. The sink had no hot water, the toilet was loose on the floor, the bathtub had significant rust near the drain, and the microwave didn’t work properly. The pool also was unusable. The first day it was too cloudy to see the steps, then the next it was seemingly full of chlorine tabs.

My mom and I got to our room and the bed sheets was not changed. The tub was dirty, stained towels, and a/c was not working. We did not stay the 2nd night. They also charged my card twice. I need a refund for the the 2nd night.

Weekend Getaway
We stay at this hotel because of a yearly function and it's soft on the pocketbook. It's centrally near a Walmart, different restaurants, as well as clean. The day/night desk clerks have always been friendly and accomodating.

The staff was nice however this owners need to work on this building the outside walls was water stains the pool was nasty looking the building smell was old. Our room on the 1st floor the room was dusty I mean thick dust on the lamps and dressers. The most awful part was the black mold in the tub shower. The curtains was falling down and dust with it. This was a motel not a Hotel. They did put us in another room the next day when we told them about the problem. We check in late on Friday 1145pm and had to leave early the next morning. This property needs some serious repairs and cleanness. The room 130 was just ok still thick dust and old smell. But no mold visible in the bathroom.

Smoke smell in room was strong. Upkeep of flooring, bathroom, and quality of furniture was quite poor. Staff was nice. Location was right off highway but not too noisy from traffic. Not close to anything in particular…somewhat outside of town.

Opelousas LA Quality Inn

Easy access to/from I-49 exit 18. Use caution however, the exit ramps are easily confused with the frontage road entrances. Frontage roads are two-way and there is a small "Quality" directional sign at the northern entrance to the frontage road. The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room is well furnished. There is nothing bad to say.

Had to change rooms because of horrible urine smell. The other room we got had no hot water, tv remote did not work, pillows stunk like mold. They only use the first floor of the motel because of mold issues on the second floor. Staff say don’t use the pool “ it’s nasty” they said Don’t stay at this hotel!!

I liked everything there. But they never got the reservation from y’all and we tried contacting y’all would only go through half the steps and phone would hang up so after 4 or 5 times of this I just paid for a room so I had one. No thanks to Expedia
