Villa The Boat is a modern Villa with a rooftop pool located near Opatija, set up in the small town Matulji. The terraces of this villa offer the most amazing panoramic view of the beautiful Kvarner Bay. The rooftop pool of Villa The Boat will truly make you feel like you’re sailing through the bay.The villa consists of 3 floors. It is a Semi-detached Villa. There are two double bedrooms on the ground floor, both with their own private bathroom, TV, and A/C. On the first floor, you’ll find a modern living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, as well as a bathroom. The dining table easily converts to a pool table for all guests looking for fun. There is also an extra room for two more children on this floor - available upon request. The imposing wooden stairs lead to a double bedroom on the second floor, also with an en-suite bathroom, TV, and A/C. Villa The Boat has a terrace on every floor, perfect for sunbathing or admiring the starry sky with family and friends.Villa The Boat is a few kilometers away from Opatija which you must visit. This charming town is considered the cradle of tourism in Croatia. In the city center, there are many luxury villas and hotels from the 19th century. We warmly recommend a walk along the famous Lungomare promenade that stretches from Volosko to Lovran.For those interested in a more active holiday, the Matulji area offers numerous hiking and biking trails.If you want a dream vacation, book Villa The Boat and enjoy the beautiful rooftop pool overlooking the beautiful Kvarner Bay. #### Sommerferien 2023

Der Check-In Vorgang war sehr gut und wir haben viele Tipps bekommen für Ausflüge Restaurant's etc. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Das Haus war in einem Top-Zustand. Sehr sauber und genau wie in der Beschreibung beschrieben. Die Aussicht ist Fantastisch und Traumhaft. Wir haben unsere zwei Wochen Sommerferien sehr genossen. Wir können dieses Domizil nur sehr empfehlen.
