Despite having booking confirmation after reaching the hotel at check in time 0200PM , we were told that there was a technical error due to which the rooms are not available and we were asked to check in at another club mahindra property"Derby green". On reaching Derby green, we were asked to pay for additional charges for child. But during booking on HOTELS.com the child was taken into account and charges paid for all three persons. So we had to contact customer care and after long communication, the resort agreed for no additional charges. Further to above the room given to us was found very small without any natural light and poor ventilation. We requested the resort for another room which was denied.
