Beautiful Cottage nestled on the WI shore of Lake Michigan. We have the best view of the water from inside the house and out! The deck is perfect for relaxing, enjoying a meal or morning coffee to the sound of the waves. A bedroom, living room and full bath on each level make it convenient when traveling with another couple or family.
Stairs lead to the shore and into the water! Bring your water toys and a swim suit to enjoy swimming and playing in Lake Michigan!

Great vacation

We had a great time at this cottage. It was super clean and had everything we needed. Loved the view of the lake and had lots of fun swimming in it! Cassie makes everything about the process easy, and she's very responsive.

The view of Lake Michigan at this house is spectacular... definitely 5 stars for the views and beach access! Cassie was great to work with and very quick to respond to any questions we had. A couple of minor upgrades and we'd consider this to be a 5- star property. The deck is fantastic, but is not gated to keep children and pets secure. Installing gates would give parents/pawrents peace of mind and make relaxing on the deck much easier. Additionally, we'd recommend installing treads on the deck stairs leading into the house. I only have vision in one eye and found it difficult to discern one step from the next because the stairs and deck visually seem to all blend together. I fell a couple of times and my husband who is not sight challenged, also nearly fell a couple of times. Otherwise, a nice home with fantastic views, incredibly peaceful, close to great restaurants and activities in Sheboygan. Thank you Cassie for hosting us !!

Spring break on the beach

It’s hard to make Lake Michigan feel like a private lake but this house did it. Being that it’s not “beach season” we had the waves and sand to ourselves. Beautiful house with 180 degree view of the water, wrap around deck, fire place, and very comfortable accommodations. The place was clean and welcoming. I had everything I needed when cooking and felt instantly at home. I would definitely book this home again.

Unbeatable view

We had a relaxing weekend on the lake. The bed was comfortable as were the couch and 2 chairs. The deck was a great place to sit and enjoy the sound and closeness of the lake. The windows offered full length views. It was just what we needed.

Great property/location

First impression of the property was excellent. Although we showed up about an hour and a half earlier, Cassie was accommodating and permitted us to go ahead and use the property. The location can’t be beat and the views of Lake Michigan were phenomenal. Best part of the day was watching the sunrise.

We did not want to leave! We came for the lake view and sound of the waves and it did not disappoint. The home was just as pictured, comfortable and very clean. Kudos to your cleaning crew! Love the waves!

This property is so very nice. The views of Lake Michigan were exceptional. The sound of the waves against the rocks was so relaxing and peaceful. The property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Cassie was available and a gracious host. Rent this property! You won't be sorry!

Amazing views from the property and porch to Michigan lake. It has private beach and steps away from the water. Property has been renovated. Property has many good quality household/kitchen items available. I would recommend for 2 families. There is not long road next to this house, you can walk about 5 min and then you need to go on a car.

perfect! perfect!

This is an amazing place to be immersed in the Lake. Wonderful little cottage, comfortable and cozy, heavenly bed...and the view of the Lake envelopes the upstairs. The deck is fabulous, spent much time reading, having picnics, drinking champagne and playing in the water in front of the cottage. It was great to be able to open the windows when it wasnt' too hot to bring in the heavenly sound of the surf. Cassie is a spectacular host, very responsive to any need or question. Could not imagine a better experience on Lake Michigan. Extremely happy. Thank you so, so much Cassie!

Pleasant Location

This was a late booking due to our original booking for these dates being cancelled by owner. We were visiting Oshkosh and although it was a 75 minute drive it was easy. The property being located right on the lake was nice. The kitchen was well stocked with crockery etc and appliances easy to use. Master bedroom was very good although a few more hangers in the wardrobe would be good. Lighting was adequate and room was cool. Downstairs bedroom was always a lot cooler but ok, the only thing there was there are no bedside lights so you have to get out of bed to turn lights on and off. The downstairs area has an unfinished look but is functional. Also during the night the noise of a pump was regularly heard and disturbed sleep on occasion. The washing machine & drier were a good bonus. The views were good out over the Lake and I am sure sitting out would be good, we were out every day until late so didn’t get to sit out. Easy to find as directions good.

Quiet and peaceful

We stayed for 2 weeks and we're more than pleased with SurfDaze. The house was clean, it was nice to have plenty of consumables (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) only thing that could have made it better was a dishwasher, but that's me being picky and lazy. The lake was gorgeous and changed from calm to lots of waves during our stay and was fun to watch.
