"We needed a pet friendly rental with a fenced in yard. It is a small side yard but it is fenced, with a door leading from the family room into the yard. Big kitchen with full size appliances and a Keurig coffee bar. There is a large dining table in the front room. Three bedrooms with firm but not hard beds and two full baths. "Our family of four adults was visiting Chattanooga for a family gathering. We chose this property due to its size and location. It is roughly 3 miles from Hamilton Mall with easy access to I75.The house is beautiful and extremely well appointed. It is very clean and super comfortable. The large deck would be super in warmer weather! The hosts were easy to work with and very attentive. Overall we were extremely pleased and the property is outstanding! Would highly recommend!"
