Perfectly positioned just 3Km from the town of Ontinyent and just 30 minutes from the beaches of Gandia. Its location offers the option of a quiet relaxing retreat for all the family or a perfect Spanish adventure. El Parque sits in private grounds of 8000m2 with fantastic views over the surrounding hills and mountains. There is an 8m x 5m PRIVATE pool with an outside kitchen for those Spanish paella's or more traditional barbecues and a good sized sun terrace. The apartment comes highly equipped with all mod cons, all linen, SKY TV, Spanish TV, private car parking, welcome pack (optional) and much more. Take a look through our website. We're sure you won't be disappointed. El Parque is great for families. Quiet enough to relax or a perfect setting for a romantic getaway. Fantastic award winning beaches only 30 minutes away. Incredible shopping if you simply can't resist. Beautiful mountains on your door step for either walking, painting or for the more energetic to bike down! Accommodation consists of: Very spacious bedroom with one double bed and one single bed - additional beds can be added if required. Second single bedroom with bunk beds. A fully equipped open-plan kitchen and lounge. Luxurious bathroom with bath and separate shower. Separate dining room - formerly the bodega. Easy access to the area via either Valencia airport (45 min transfer) or Alicante (60 minutes transfer). When you arrive you have your own private entrance to the apartment, so you can come and go as you wish. Eating out is also very cheap, however if you decide to stay in you have all mod-cons, SKY TV, DVD, stereo, etc. Also, 24-hour internet access is available for all your needs through a wireless LAN. Feel free to bring your laptop and stay in touch with family, friends or business colleagues (if you must). All towels and bedding are provided. A washing machine is also available for you to use. BBQ are permitted to careful users. Upon request, a small welcome pack will be waiting for you upon arrival! Prices and availability - please use the corresponding links below. Check-in should be no earlier than 16:00 and check-out no later than 10:00 to allow time for the apartment to be cleaned and prepared for other guests. An extra fee may be charged for outside of these times.

Ontinyent visit.
Had a great stay Mervyn and Cathy were great hosts very helpful and Mervyn a mine of useful information. The accommodation spotless well appointed ample appliances/utensils and great log fire with firewood provided what more could you need. Would be happy to stay again. Nigel & Brenda Martin.

El Parque - lower ground floor apartment
The apartment was spacious and comfortable for the two of us, with all the necessary mod-cons, and a great log fire. The hosts were friendly and helpful. It was pretty easy to find off the A7, and a good location for getting into Ontinyent and viewing the surrounding region, as long as you had transport. We enjoyed the area, finding it very quiet (little traffic / few people) unless we ventured into the larger towns e.g. Ontinyent and Oliva. Castles to visit, scenic drives with almond blossom, and numerous tracks to walk or cycle.

Très belle expérience avec ma famille sur Ontinyent, la maison est dans une grande propriété entouré d arbre fruitier, c est très reposant, on a passé un agréable moment. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil, ils sont très avenants, discrets et à l écoute de nos demandes. Si vous voulez passer des vacances à la campagne, au calme n hésitez pas.
