I enjoyed my stay at this location. Nice and quiet. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Complementary cookies upon checkin. Bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Guests running around, yelling and slamming doors after midnight . Gym had no water or towels . When we asked for an extra blanket the one provided had stains. Very disappointing

We stay here every single time we visit California. It’s our favorite place to stay it’s affordable we love the location. The property is getting kind of worn down they could use some new furniture we stay in a suite and the couch is getting pretty worn. It would be nice to have a spa, they did not have any clean towels. They had to give us pool towels when we requested towels but we will still continue coming back.

Easy to find off the 10 and found parking on the property with no problem, the issues we had was with the out dated and worn down rooms beds are all box springs the sofa couch was unbearable to sleep on literally on the metal frame. Breakfast which was included was acceptable nothing fancy it did the job. One of the upsides was that the water pressure was good and the water hot. The beds and furniture including the TV all outdated. Which is a shame considering the great reputation Radisson hotels have. Over all our experience was okay but we will be looking for another hotel around the area with better facilities and conditions.

Would recommend to NEVER stay at this hotel. Woke up from a night stay to find out my vehicle was towed out of the HOTEL parking lot within hours of me being there. Terrible service, had to walk around in the cold ad rain for hours trying to figure out my vehicle situation. Was offered zero remedy from the hotel. Never in my life would I have thought that a hotel would advertise rooms to stay in then have one of their guests towed, no matter the situation. It is absolutely insane to me. Just stay away from here.

Very helpful staff.
From check in until I finally left after three nights everyone was very cheerful and happy to help since I use a walker to get around. I really enjoyed my time spent here.

I have stayed here many times for work and thats the only reason why i continue to stay. The last few times over the last year i have to wait after check in time because rooms are not ready. This time i got there around 430 to hopefully not have that issue and i still had to wait for a room.

My tv in my room didn’t work at all. I wasn’t offered a small compensation of any sort. I also couldn’t use a heater, because after five minutes, it starts to smell like it was burning.

The only negative thing I experienced in my experience is that they do not accept Apple Pay, they did not have bags for dirty clothes and the sink in my room was clogged and the water did not drain.
