Well equipped kitchen. The furniture and queen size beds are new/comfortable. Small patio to grill and relax. Air-conditioned. Wi-Fi. Flat screen tv's in BR & LR. On site laundry. Continuous hot water heater. Private entrance. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located apartment. Approx 1.6 miles to SUNY Oneonta and Hartwick Colleges as well as downtown bars/stores/restaurants. Please Note: We follow the baseball schedule at Cooperstown All Star Village from June through August and require a six night rental; we do not rent for seven nights during the summer. Checkin and out must follow CASV schedule in summer. Rentals OUTSIDE of that time period do NOT require a six night stay. Please send inquiry.
