This is a first floor efficiency apartment that offers a comfortable living area/bedroom with queen size bed, a large flat screen Roku TV, full bath and a fully equipped eat-in kitchen. Outdoors is a beautiful area with a shared patio set & gas grill to relax and barbecue, as well as a shared on-site laundry facility. High speed wireless internet (Wi-Fi) & air conditioning are standard amenities included with all our rental properties. Centrally located, the Dugout Efficiency 1 is: \- 3.4 miles to Cooperstown All-Star Village \- 3.1 miles to Cooperstown Baseball World \- 18.7 miles to Cooperstown Dreams Park \- 24.7 miles to National Baseball Hall of Fame, Cooperstown The eat-in kitchen features a gas range, microwave, refrigerator with automatic ice maker, and an updated tiled floor and backsplash. The bathroom is fully tiled with a granite floor. There is a 50" or larger smart Roku flat screen TV in this apartment. There is an on-site, shared free laundry facility. There is ample off-street parking, as well as high speed wireless internet (Wi-Fi) for all the apartments. Your host lives within 15 minutes of the property and is easily accessible via text or phone. You will be greeted at the property to be checked in and given your keys. Need a little extra space? Across the hall is the Dugout 1 unit which sleeps 2\. Upstairs is the Dugout 2 unit which sleeps 2, as well as the Dugout Efficiency 2 which sleeps 1 – 2 people. All units have separate entrances and completely separate living and sleeping space, which makes this a wonderful opportunity for 4 different families to be able to stay all together at one location yet have the privacy they need! This listing is just for the Dugout 2 unit. Listings for the other properties can be found separately. There are taxi companies in the area and the public bus, but Uber and Lyft are pretty scarce. Having a car is best to fully enjoy the area. This is a quiet, family oriented residential neighborhood. We all shared the one bed, which worked just fine for us. It was only a 5-minute drive to All Star Village, and the neighborhood felt very safe.The host provided thoughtful touches that made our stay easier—like a laundry basket and coins for the on-site coin-operated laundry (just remember to bring your own detergent or leave some behind for the next guest). They even had an umbrella ready, which came in handy during the rainy July weather.We were welcomed with coffee pods, bagels, and even some trading pins, which delighted my daughters. There were also two cute picnic tables where we enjoyed lunch outside. A parking permit was provided at check-in, and everything was easy to access.Note: This is a townhome divided into four units, so the front doors are very close together. It wasn’t a problem for us, but something to be aware of.Overall, a cozy and convenient stay for any All Star Village trip! ##### Susy F.
