This 4 BR, 2½ bath waterfront home on Deep Creek’s west bank is located on 16 lushly wooded acres. Walk out at sunrise onto the screened in porch and out to your own private boat dock (water depth 3 ft + high tide) throw in a crab pot or a fishing line, power up your boat and within minutes you’re cruising the waters of the Chesapeake Bay!🏖 This charming four-bedroom waterfront home combines nostalgic charm with modern amenities, promising relaxation and adventure. With a blend of comfort and convenience, this is your ideal getaway. You can pick up fresh seafood & meats locally and prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen or outside on the grill. The first floor has 2 bedrooms, One Queen and the other with 2 twin beds, and a full bathroom while the second floor has 2 bedrooms, Primary bedroom has a King size bed and the second room has 2 twin beds, walk-in closet and another full bathroom. With hardwood floors, tile and wall to wall carpeting throughout, the rooms are comfortably furnished with a classic antique feel. You can even dine al fresco on the screened-in covered deck off the dining room with a gorgeous creek view, and the open patio below offers more fresh air. ✔ Unique smart lock access for a secure and seamless entry ✔ Access to beautifully maintained outdoor spaces ✔ Close proximity to charming local attractions for your convenience • Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival we will do our best to get you in early. By confirming your booking you agree to adhere to the Rental Rules and this renter agreement becomes effective immediately. The renters agreement applies to all guests no matter the age or affiliation. The person who is booking must be 25 years old, for all other guests there is not an age requirement. If you bring more people than agreed upon by your reservation you will be asked to leave without a refund and/or charged an extra $100 per person per night. - Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 11am. No early check-in or late check-out without prior approval from the owner. An unauthorized late check out will be billed for an additional night and any lost revenue from future bookings that had to be canceled due to your late check out. We have stocked the home with many items including start-up supplies. However, you will likely need to supplement with your own during your stay. We appreciate that our guests take good care of the home we have set up, and we do ask that you use only what you need during your stay 1\. Smoking is NOT allowed and Drugs of any kind are NOT permitted. If we find that you did smoke in the house there is a $500 fine plus additional cleaning fees and bill for resulting damage in the home. 2\. People other than those in the Guest party set forth in the on-line agreement may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. Our family stayed for a week at this amazing secluded property. We have stayed at many rentals up and down the Eastern Shore as well as the Outer Banks and this was the cleanest house we have ever stayed in. The location was quiet and peaceful and the dock and screened in porch were where we spent most of our time. The screened in porch was a great spot to relax, eat meals, and play board games. The view was incredible and we launched our boat at the marina right down the street and had it docked all week at the house. The house was well equipped and close enough to town for restaurants and shops as well as the Food Lion and other stores. Being able to bring our pup and have plenty of room for her to run and swim was a huge plus. Our host was incredibly communicative and helpful. 5 stars and can't wait to go back again! ##### Garret L.
