This modern, comfortable, and spacious home offers great outdoor seating areas and is conveniently located close to a myriad of fun activities, providing ample space for both lively moments and serene relaxation.  
  
Nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac, just 10 meters from the beach, this home offers the luxury of waking up to stunning harbour and island views. Immerse yourself in the coastal atmosphere by strolling along sandy shores or the extensive coastal pathways, all just seconds away.  
  
As you step inside, the contemporary design and luxurious features unfold. The generous lounge and dining area, adorned with vaulted ceilings, create an airy and open atmosphere. From there, step onto the front deck to enjoy the fresh ocean breeze. The modern kitchen and scullery, equipped with a silent rangehood, cater to the needs of any budding chef.  
  
The thoughtful design extends to the outdoors with two spacious and sheltered decking areas, perfect for relaxation or entertaining guests. Two generous-sized contemporary bathrooms and a double carport add to the convenience and comfort.  
  
A short walk away, Waterfront Oasis is located 300 meters from the boat club, boat ramp, dairy, charming cafes and a sprawling domain with a beachside children's playground. For golf enthusiasts, a world-class waterfront golf course is just a 5-minute drive away. Daily essentials are within easy reach with amenities such as a chemist, hairdressers, a supermarket, and a bottle store.  
  
For those who love outdoor activities, a walkway/cycle track at the end of the cul-de-sac leads all the way to Tauranga City. Waterfront Oasis is also situated close to Kaimai Range Tramping Tracks.
