Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem, einzeln stehenden Einfamilienhaus und ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Grundstück liegt im Ortszentrum. Auch wegen des Ausblicks vom Grundstück auf das Meer und der ruhigen und sonnigen Lage ist das Domizil beliebt. Zur alleinigen Nutzung stehen zur Verfügung: Gartendusche, Terrasse und Gartenmöbel.

Njivice. The holiday flat is located on an enclosed garden plot with flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord only lives in the house occasionally but uses a separate entrance. The holiday flat is tastefully furnished and situated in a quiet residential area of Njivice, only 150 m from the sea. Access is via a side road (asphalted).
