The property is situated in a residential complex on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for use: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. **Location** Njivice. The holiday apartement is located in a residence, on a 150 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow and shrubs, bordered by a fence and a hedce. A beautiful, modern apartment with a pool for four people, is located in the town of Njivice in a newly built apartment house. Apartment is located on the ground floor and has its own swimming pool and garden with deckchairs. It can accommodate 4 people in two bedrooms with double beds. The apartment also has a private bathroom with a shower, a well-equipped kitchen with a dining room, and a living room with a view of the terrace and garden. The apartment is air-conditioned, has heating, and necessary appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster.The center of the town and the nearest beach are only 600 meters from the apartment, and there are other facilities nearby that can be of use to you during your stay in the apartment.
