The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building and is functionally furnished. The property is situated in a lively area, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and its sunny location.

Njivice, district of Njivice. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The holiday apartment is located in a quiet area close to the sea. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.
