The views from the terrace are stunning all day and great to dip in the pool to cool off from the sunshine. Well-equipped and well thought out accommodation it has character. Slaven is a nice guy - he has been very easy to deal with, responsive and helpful. There are restaurants and bars down in the harbour of Mimice and Omis is not far. Adequate supermarket in the village so you don't have to go far if you choose. ##### Jan T. Jul 18, 2017 #### Small but perfect Our family travel as often as possible and we are renting holiday homes around the world. Slaven's new built cottage is perfect! It's pretty small but well equipped and has everything you need for your vacation. Location is perfect in a quiet residential area, but no neighbors close to the house. It's only two minutes distance with car to a supermarket and several beautiful beaches. The view from terrace is stunning and we enjoyed spending time there in the evenings, with a glass of wine, while our children played in the pool. Slaven is a great host! Das herliche Panorama von der Terrasse haben wir sehr genossen. Die Bilder in der Homepage entsprechen der Wirklichkeit. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Ganz super war der Wasserspender der nicht selbstverständlich ist und den wir sehr geschätzt haben. Dadurch dass es keine Nachbaren gibt, ist die Ruhe und Privatsphäre auch erwähnenswert. Alles was für einen 2 wöchigen Urlaub benötigt wird,ist vorhanden. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist unglaublich schön. Slaven,der Vermieter des Häuschen,ist äußerst hilfsbereit und stets bemüht seinen Gästen den Urlaub so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Schon am Anreisetag hat er uns am örtlichen Supermarkt in Empfang genommen und zum Haus geführt. Der Pool wurde von uns jeden Tag genutzt, ideal auch für Leute die keine Meerbader sind. Alles war sehr sauber und privat. Die Einrichtung zweckmäßig und die Küche gut sortiert. Toll war auch der Wasserspender für gekühltes Trinkwasser. Die Aussicht, der Pool, die Terrasse mit Griller einfach genial. Ein perfekter Ort für eine entspannte Zeit zu zweit. Unser lieber Vermieter, Slaven, war sehr bemüht und hat sehr gut erreichbar. Das Haus ist in schöner Alleinlage am Berg gelegen und bietet eine tolle Aussicht auf den Ort Mimice und das Meer in allen Richtungen. Das Haus ist klein aber fein und sehr gemütlich und u.a. auch mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Jegliche Utensilien, die für den Aufenthalt benötigt werden, sind vorhanden. Sogar ein Wasserspender kann genutzt werden. Auch den Pool bot uns täglich eine herrliche Erfrischung. Der Vermieter hat ihn regelmäßig gesäubert. Slaven, der Vermieter, war außerordentlich hilfsbereit, sehr freundlich und sympathisch. Er war jederzeit erreichbar, wenn es Fragen gab. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt für Ruhesuchende. Prijava je bila vrlo ugodna. Uspjeli smo stići opušteni i useliti se u kuću za odmor još ranije. Super je čisto i ugodno. Osim toga, kuća je vrlo dobro opremljena. Postoji čak i dozator vode. Wir verbrachten wundervolle 12 Tage im Cottage von Slaven. Es waren für uns bezaubernd traumhafte Tage. Die Privatsphäre war vollkommen. Slaven, der Besitzer des Häuschens war für uns jederzeit für alle Fragen und Anliegen erreichbar und erledigte diese umfassend, sofort und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Wir können aus vollstem Herzen Paaren zu diesem Häuschen raten. Man hat eine wundervolle Aussicht. Der Pool ist wunderschön und herrlich erfrischend. Das Häuschen selbst spielt alle Stückchen (Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine etc.) und ist künstlerisch sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Örtchen hat ein sehr gutes kleines Fischrestaurant in Gehweite (Reservierung empfohlen). Für sportliche Aktivitäten ist direkt am Häuschen ein Weg auf dem man gut laufen kann (allerdings nur früh morgens oder später am Abend - wegen der Hitze). Auch ist ein Wanderpfad auf die Berge hinter dem Haus nicht weit. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Mit unseren beiden Töchtern (9 und 6 Jahre) war dies einfach ein traumhafter Urlaub. Lage: Das Haus liegt in absoluter Alleinlage oberhalb des Städtchens Mimice. Hier hatten wir absolute Ruhe und einen erholsamen Urlaub. Atemberaubend ist der Blick von der Terrasse unten auf das Meer und den Ort - gigantischer kann ein Ausblick kaum sein. Ausstattung: Das Haus hat alles, was für einen Urlaub nötig ist. Es ist sauber und gepflegt - und wir haben alles vorgefunden, was wir benötigt haben: Teller, Tassen, Gläser, Besteck - alle wichtigen Küchenutensilien waren vorhaben. Zudem stand ein Wasserspender bereit, für den Slaven auch Ersatz-Flaschen besorgt hatte. Das Gute: Die kleine Hütte hat sowohl im EG als auch im OG eine Klima-Anlage, das heißt: Selbst bei heißen Temperaturen konnten wir das Haus soweit herunterkühlen, dass wir nachts einen erholsamen Schlaf in gut temperierten Räumen hatten. Für unsere Töchter was natürlich der Pool das Beste! Er wurde regelmäßig von Slaven gereinigt und war somit immer top-gepflegt. Alles in allem können wir Slavens Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Slaven ist ein überaus netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber gewesen. Der Kontakt lief von Anfang bis Ende problemlos und unkompliziert - mit ihm konnten wir uns auf englisch gut verständigen. Es ist ein wundervolles Fleckchen Erde - und für alle, die einen erholsamen Urlaub in ruhiger Gegend verbringen möchten, können wir dieses großartige Hütte nur empfehlen. - Herzlichen Dank, lieber Slaven, dass wir bei Dir zu Gast sein durften. ##### Oliver R. Wir waren zum ersten Mal in diesem Häuschen und waren bei der Ankunft schon von der Aussicht begeistert. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben, die Bilder zeigen den Zustand des Hauses sehr gut. Dort angekommen ist es aber noch schöner, da die Bilder nur einen Moment zeigen können. Das Haus liegt an einem Hang oberhalb des Dorfes Mimice. Die Straße hört man wenig bis kaum. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Der Ausblick und die Natur um das Haus sind wunderbar! Der Vermieter hat das Haus liebevoll selbst gebaut und eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Der Vermieter selbst ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns vor der Ankunft schon Anreisetipps gegeben. Er spricht super englisch, die Kommunikation ist angenehm und unkompliziert. Er ist schnell zu erreichen und hat immer einen guten Tipp. Sehr netter Mensch! Wir waren leider nur eine Woche dort, werden aber sicher wiederkommen. Für Paare, die Privatsphäre und Ruhe suchen, trotzdem aber schnell viele schöne Ziele an der Küste entdecken oder Brac, Hvar etc. besuchen wollen, ist das die perfekte Unterkunft. Der Pool ist mehr als ausreichend groß! Bei kroatischen Temperaturen ist dieser eine wundervolle Abkühlung. Der Vermieter hat an alles gedacht. We absolutely loved the view from the terrace, yet we felt totally secluded and private. Slaven bemüht sich um die Gäste und ist ein netter Vermieter der zu jederzeit erreichbar ist. Oct 12, 2018 #### Sehr schönes kleines Haus in wunderbarer Lage, sehr netter Vermieter Meine Frau und ich haben uns sehr wohl im Häuschen gefühlt. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Sicherlich ist das Haus klein, aber das stört nicht wirklich. Sehr sauber, wunderbarer Blick über die Adria und die Inseln. Bietet viel Ruhe für Erholungssuchende. Sep 30, 2018 #### Lovely cottage in Beautiful location The views from Talay Cottage are stunning and in the main the facilities are excellent. It is a lovely place to hang out and relax. However, the cottage is on a hill above the main coastal road so there is some road noise. This didn’t bother us too much but if you are searching for a quiet idyllic location, you may be dissapointed. You definitely need a car at this cottage as all restaurants and bars are a steep walk away! The cottage is well equipped except for a microwave and a kettle. British tea drinkers beware! I would not recommend this cottage for children or the elderly / infirm as there are many steps and hard surfaces as well as steep winding steps inside. Slaven was a great and attentive host and kindly let us stay extra nights at short notice. He was very helpful and communication with him was excellent. ##### Jane B. Ein bisschen außerhalb vom Dorf kann man die Ruhe genießen und die Blicke über das Meer schweifen lassen. Das Haus ist nicht besonders groß, aber alles sehr funktionell eingerichtet und dadurch wirklich ausreichend. Es ist alles da. Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, kleiner Herd usw. Die Lage bietet auch einee gute Ausgangsposition für Wanderung oder Radtour. Zum Meer (auch in der Hauptsaison nicht so viel los) geht man zu Fuss in 10 Minuten. Das gleiche zu Restaurants und Supermarkt. Besonders hervorheben will ich noch die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Vermieters. ##### Reinhold W.
