You will be delighted by the "million dollar view" of the sea and the island of Brač, whether you enjoy it while drinking the first morning coffee or in the evening while grilling on the terrace. Private garage and parking also two bathrooms provide an extra value during your stay in the house. The house has two floors. There is a garage on the ground floor. The first floor of 55 m2 is intended for guests. Next to it is a terrace with a stone barbecue and a wooden table for outdoor dining. The capacity of the house is 4 + 1\. Apartment has two rooms. The first room has a double bed and a connected bathroom with shower. The second room has two single beds that can be joined into one double if needed. Both rooms are equipped with a safe. The second bathroom is located in the hallway, opposite the second room, has a shower, and is equipped with a washing machine. The kitchen, dining room and living room are open concept, air conditioned and have LED / SAT TV. Einrichtung war in Ordnung und es fehlte nichts, um sich gut selbstzuversorgen. Klimaanlage in Küche/Wohnzimmer Bereich funktionierte. In Schlafzimmern ist allerdings keine vorhanden. Durch unbefestigte Weg war Omis mit einer Vielzahl an Geschäften, Cafés und Restaurants sowie der Strand nach 20min Fußweg erreichbar. Höhenmeter 180 eine Strecke und war durch die hochsommeelichen Temperaturen schweißtreibend. Wasserqualität war top und im Meer waren keine Badeschuhe nötig, war sehr feinsandig. ##### Enrico K. Entgegen der Fotos ist jetzt allerdings im Nachbargrundstück ein Haus gebaut worden, stört aber nicht wirklich. Klimaanlage gibt es nur in der Küche, die muss die Schlafzimmer mit kühlen oder man schläft bei geöffneten Fenster. War allerdings nur in einer Woche unseres Aufenthaltes möglich, in der andere Woche war es nachts so heiss, dass wir Fenster schliessen und Zimmertür auflassen mussten, um etwas Kühle abzubekommen. Ging gerade so. Sehr praktisch war, dass man von den Vermietern eine Parkkarte für die Stadt erhalten hat, mit der konnte man kostenlos auf einem grossen Parkplatz in Zentrumsnähe parken, haben wir fast täglich genutzt. Vom Balkon aus hatten wir einen traumhaften Ausblick auf's Meer und die Insel Brac. Die Hausbesitzerin Dunja hat uns sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und bei der Bezahlung eines Strafzettel unterstützt.
