Experience unforgettable holiday days in this spacious holiday apartment with breathtaking sea views. On 100 m², up to 6 people can find space – ideal for families, couples or small groups. The apartment has two comfortable bedrooms with double beds, a bright living room with corner sofa, TV and dining table, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee machine. The modern bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and washing machine.   
  
Enjoy sunny hours on the 12 m² south terrace, which is partially covered and offers space for shared meals. From here, you have a magnificent view of the glittering sea – perfect for relaxed evenings or breakfast outdoors.   
  
The holiday apartment is located just 100 metres from the gravel beach. Supermarkets, restaurants and cafés can be reached within a few minutes on foot. The surroundings offer peace and plenty of greenery, ideal for walks and relaxation. For active holidaymakers, there are numerous leisure activities: swimming, diving, snorkelling, boat trips, water sports, hiking or mountain biking. Nature parks, cultural offerings and gourmet restaurants are also conveniently accessible.   
  
The equipment includes air conditioning, WiFi, TV, dishwasher, private washing machine and parking spaces directly at the property, partially sun-protected. Pets are not allowed and smoking in the apartment is not permitted.
