« A very special young lady at the front desk by the name of Naomi ,provided exceptional customer service. She was always friendly, kind, helpful and assisted me with a smile in a very professional manner. She was a super star… even called up a taxi and then when the taxi drove off bowed in true Japanese tradition. I will always remember her. The room was larger than some of the other Rinn hotels I stayed in, always clean, with crisp white linens and a small kitchen area. The hotel is tucked...
