« We arrived at this cute home after 24 hours of travel. We were so exhausted and were going to go out to dinner but had zero energy. We realized the owner had left us some staple groceries including a loaf of bread, and jelly. I had packed a tub of peanut butter and some chips in my luggage so we had the best PBJs and relaxed! Bonus there was even a bottle of wine in the fridge :) The view around the back was spectacular. »

« This is a home away from home. Amazing use of space, and brilliant outdoor area thats well sheltered from the weather. I have slight ocd and whoever built and put this property together must also share the same eye for detail. My family loved staying here, very private and peaceful. « Perfect little unit for a couple nights stay, great location, only a couple minutes walk to Papamoa Plaza and local brewery "The Island" which is great for families with kids! Amazing pizza too :) Came in winter so didn't get to check out the beach but it was in walking distance too. Unit was well equipped and clean. Easy check in and check out. Thanks Matt for a lovely stay :) »

"When we arrived in the early evening, they could not check us in because they couldn't make keycards. The had us and many others in the lobby area, for some time. We went out for dinner and came back around 10. They still had not figured out the keycard issue, they let us into our room, but could not issue a keycard. Next morning, still no keycard, in the evening they finaly had keycards for some rooms. We were one of "the lucky ones" who finally got a roomkey. Hotel parking spaces were very limited. fortunately street parking was available and free of charge. "
