It is also just a short drive or Uber ride to the Old Market, TD Ameritrade Park, Chi Auditorium, Lauritzen Gardens, Offutt Air force Base, Bellevue, Papillion, Harrahs and Ameristar Casinos, Creighton, UP headquarters. The wood floors have been freshly redone, the bathroom is new as well. You will enjoy an enclosed front porch or back porch with seating, for your morning coffee. Outside there is a cozy area with a table, chairs and lights to enjoy in the evening. This is a single story home has 2 bedrooms on the main level. Both offer queen beds. Jack and Jill bathroom (between the bedrooms). There is also a queen size pull out sofa sleeper for use as well. Comfy couch, 55 inch 4k television in the living room, wifi, well stocked kitchen, pots, pans, crock pot, mixer, toaster, spice rack and more. Linens, towels, wash cloths, soap, blow dryer, shampoo and cream rinse are in the shower for you to use. Off street parking in the driveway. For long term stays we offer bi-weekly cleaning at no charge and use of the washer and dryer in the basement. I have two small kids and this rental was a perfect choice. The space was very clean and kid friendly- great accomodations with highchair, pack and play, toys, plates and cups, snacks and a booster seat. Not only that, but the property stayed very cool during the hot summer days. This rental was an oasis for my family! Very family friendly house, would definitely stay here again! My family and I stayed for 2 nights and absolutely loved it. We were traveling with our 3 year old and infant. My toddler absolutely loved that there were toys and stuffed animals for her to play with. There were also chalk and other toys available outside, we just didn't use them. My daughter loved the zoo/ safari theme of the house. The host also left a small basket of snacks that she loved as well. We loved that there was a pack-n-play and boppy pillow available for our infant, giving us one less thing to pack. The kitchen also had plenty of plates and cups for kids. The location and proximity to the zoo was perfect. It's a very short walk so we were able to walk back to have lunch and put the kids down for a nap before going back. The host was also super friendly and helpful. My husband goes to school full time and was having issues connecting his laptop to the wifi; we were able to call the host, she answered right away and helped us resolve the issue. ##### Megan P. Beds were comfy and there’s lots of things for children to accommodate a family. Check in was easy and the communication with Stephanie was excellent. The only issue I had was that the neighborhood was not that great. Yes it’s very Convenient to the zoo but even finding a grocery store was at least 10 min away. And to be honest I didn’t feel all that safe. Perhaps this is my fault for not doing more research on the location. ##### Nicole W. We brought paper towels and garbage bags just in case and didn’t need them. There are plenty of restaurants around, but the kitchen is well equipped for preparing your own food. There were no children in our party, but had there been, they would have been ecstatic with all the toys available. If you are looking for convenience, this is the place to stay! ##### Donna D. The home was very clean and came with ever amenity you can imagine. There was plenty of room for my mom and I, and my 2 children 4yrs old and 10mths old. I flew in from Phx and was stressed about all I had to pack for the kids but Stephanie goes above and beyond with all she has to offer at her home. There was a high chair, booster chair, pack n play and so many toys and books for the kids. We were able to prepare our meals and plenty of kitchen items to cook with and seasonings. We enjoyed our coffee in the morning and appreciated all the snacks and water that was provided. I couldn't have survived without all she made available. Thank you so much Stephanie for making our trip a memorable one! I'll definitely look for this property again for a future stay. Also, the property was right across the street from the zoo and made it so easy to jet over there for the day. We had a great time and highly recommend visiting there. ##### Melissa B. The air conditioner worked great for the two, nearly 100 degree days we were there. It was great to come back from visiting the zoo and have a place to cool down.
