Your own private entrance enters to a large comfortable attic Suite with a separate bedroom with King bed. Lots of storage throughout the unit. I flew all the way from another state to visit a dear friend who is battling cancer. I tried at least three times the day before arrival asking for the check in information such as the code to access the apartment, which would be essential before arrival. The VRBO website said contacting the host directly for arrival information but the only way to contact them was through the message on website. After I arrived the city I still did not get a response. So I took a uber from the airport to the building trying to confirm if it was the correct address, and nobody answered the door bell although I saw a cute dog sitting inside the door, calmly and was very sympathetic (ironic, isn’t it?), but no human being showed up. I understood it was before the check in time of the day and the actual loft/apartment was separate from the main entrance, but the main entrance had the exact address showing on VRBO web. I suppose the owner lived there. Regardless, I had to leave the building and walked in the hot weather (over 90 degree) for 20 mins in order to find a place to email the host again asking for access information. At this time I had reached the point to cancel the reservation, even without refunds, and would stay in a hotel room. However this time the host finally responded and provided the code. From our experiences that in itself can be challenging. Second, the "Attic" was clean, very comfortable and suited out needs perfectly. All this in a peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. I could not get enough of the trees and the birds...it was perfect. We were able to meet Kara and Kyle and they were so welcoming and kind. I would highly recommend "The Attic" ##### Isabel B. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood perfect for walking the dog. The kitchen was stocked with exactly what we needed to make dinner and the atmosphere was cozy and comfortable. ##### Cassie M. Kyle and his wife were so nice and the house is beautiful. Really safe neighborhood. We took a walk late at night when we got in and felt completely secure. There is also a pretty park nearby.
