Communication was fast and efficient from Amber. We had three kids under 6 and used the travel crib for our 1 year old. Rooms were spacious for us and the living room area had plenty of seats. I was worried about the stairs, but they had plenty of gates to prevent falling. The bathrooms were also very clean and the one tub was perfect for the kids. Stayed three nights with two other colleagues attending a conference in downtown Omaha. Less than 2 miles to downtown, so the location was perfect. 3.5 bathrooms meant each of us had a private ensuite bath. Kitchen was well equipped, private attached garage was a bonus.
