We can answer all of your home rental questions at "Luxe Home Retreats" including ways to save...all you need to do is ask. All of our rentals do include a $69 damage waiver fee which insures your stay for up to $1000 and a $300 Incidental/Extra Cleaning Refundable Deposit. "Luxe Home Retreats" is Goldilock's Approved...we think you'll find a bed that's just right for you! Sleep well knowing our properties are in a lovely and safe neighborhood. As a VRBO owner/traveler, location, safety, and amenities are important to us; we pride ourselves in all of these.   
  
The "SAVANNAH" has 4,000 sq feet, 5 full size bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms all located in beautiful West Omaha. You will find a large yard with its own patio and outdoor fireplace, lots of outdoor seating including a little tykes play area and full size picnic table for the little ones. Indoor/Outdoor Play Areas for both Young and Old!   
  
Our homes are Ranch Style (home on 1 floor with stairs to lower level). The Main Floor Open Concept boasts nearly 1000 square feet just in the huge open kitchen/great room. Also on the main floor you will find 3 cozy bedrooms and 2 full baths with a laundry room.   
  
Our Beautiful white kitchen boasts a 9 foot granite center island, stainless appliances, and all necessary cook and bake ware Including a Keurig and drip coffee maker with Starter Coffees included. Dining room table seats 8 with a high top table seating 2 and the island seats 4 for a total of 14 in the kitchen (a high chair or booster is also provided). The lower level has additional table seating for 4.  
  
LOWER LEVEL - The lower level includes a 2nd living area with TV seating, kitchenette, game table, foosball, and kids play area plus 2 full bedrooms and the 3rd full bath.   
  
BACKYARD WITH DEDICATED PLAY AREAS WITH LITTLE TYKES PLAY YARDS, LARGE PATIO WITH LOTS OF SEATING & GAS BBQ GRILL.   
  
We are located less than one mile from Lake Zorinsky where you will have access to fishing, canoeing, kayaking (no rentals available so please bring your own), waterpark, picnic, playground, baseball fields, and walking/biking trails. We are also minutes to several beautiful golf courses, shopping, movies, comedy clubs, and the Fall's number one must see...Vala's pumpkin patch, located about 10 minutes from our home. It is like a mini Disney Land..plan to spend the day and get there early! We are in a perfect location for all you need. We are a short 15-20 minute drive to the Blackstone district, Omaha's Med Center, Downtown, the charming Old Market, TD Ameritrade PARK, CHI AUDITORIUM, Henry Doorly Zoo, Botanical Gardens, and Omaha's incredible Children's museum. If you go 15-20 minutes to the West you will find Soaring Wings and Cellar 26 wineries as well as the Gretna Outlet Mall. With 80 stores that will keep the shoppers in your group busy...Kate Spade, Michael Kors, Coach, J. Crew, Ann Taylor, North Face, and Under Armour (one of their larges stores in the US) just to name a few. Lastly, Mahoney State Park has activities to fill an entire day. Families can visit the aquatic center with a pool and a wave pool, an indoor playground, the arts and crafts center, Summer interactive melodramas, explore the park’s hiking and biking trails, adventure through the treetop ropes course, climb the observation tower and, when the weather turns cold, enjoy indoor rock climbing, sledding and ice skating. And...if you decide not to picnic outdoors or the weather is chilly, the restaurant offers stunning views of the Platte River valley.  
  
We are also only 45 minutes to Lincoln, NE...our state capital and home to Nebraska Husker football, as well as restaurants and shopping at the Hay Market. Lincoln also has a fabulous Children's Museum for the little ones. If you need just one more thing to do we think one of the best hidden treasures is in Greenwood, NE just down the way from the Outlet Mall and headed toward Lincoln where you will find Nebraska-Made Baker's Candies outlet. A chocolate factory and candy store brimming with treats and Nebraska made products. Do not leave without the chocolate covered potato chips or chocolate potato chip candy bar...the BEST! We also love the mint meltaways! Enjoy...and if you need more suggestions, we are here to help.

#### Family Reunion

This house was amazing for a family reunion. The sizes of the two main living rooms (1 up and 1 down) made it easy to have great conversations upstairs while the kids could have a fooseball tournament downstairs. There was plenty of room for all 13 of us to have meals together. And the decoration of the house was truly wonderful.

All our needs were met! This was the perfect house for our family gathering. We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable and Lisa was a welcoming host. We would definitely recommend this house and would stay again if we return to Omaha.

#### Beautiful Home and Location!

The home is beautiful and just as pictured! Lots of space for family to spread out. Large Master bedroom with adjoining huge Master bath on 1st floor with large corner soaking tub and large walk-in shower. Also 2 decent sized guest bedrooms on first floor that are next to a full bath. Basement has 2 smaller bedrooms and a full bath, with a large finished combo entertainment, toy-filled play area, and partial kitchen with fridge, sink, and large dining table. Upstairs off combined living/dining/kitchen area outside is a large patio with table and chairs, couch seating, fire table, gas grill, and children's play area along with a huge yard. Everything was very tastefully decorated and very homey and welcoming! There was only one drawback for us as we all like to sleep a bit late in the morning. The bedrooms all had beautiful large white shutters for the windows, but these let in a lot of light in the morning even though they were closed. Bedroom windows have large box valances over them so it would be easy and inexpensive to install simple pull down black out shades in bedrooms. Also needed shades on small window in basement bedroom and larger window in other basement bedroom, along with a shade on the large shuttered window in kitchen area of basement. Also something to darken the round window by the master bathroom in the master bedroom on the first floor. Other than that, we would highly recommend this rental property to others! Great for families as it has 5 bedrooms, and super for families with kids as basement bedrooms have 3 twin beds in one and a double bed with a twin bunk bed in the other, as well as a great toy filled play space for toddlers and a foosball table and large tv and couches for teens! There is also a small bonus child bunk bed/playroom just off the living room on the first floor. Our 2.5 year old grandson loved climbing into the elevated child size bunk bed to play with puzzles, and climbing under the bunk to hide in his "tent" as the bunk had a long dust ruffle that created a neat play tent area! Such fun!

#### Fun and relaxing!

Rented this property on very short notice for a long weekend visiting friends. Lisa worked to be sure everything was ready and perfect! The house is beautiful- the countertops and master bath are so elegant!- and there were plenty of beds/bedrooms to suit our needs. The teens had much fun in the basement with their own space and a foosball table! The patio furniture and lights were perfect for evenings outside. There was even a snack basket to welcome us! Highly recommend. Thanks again!

Very nice home in a quiet neighborhood. House was well stocked with cooking utensils and plenty of toys to keep the little ones busy. Variety of eating places close by. The property owner was amazing to deal with. Would definitely stay here again.

#### Great for extended family

We loved the house. We had 4 generations and all of the bedrooms along with the two living spaces worked perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed. The kids absolutely loved the play area down-stairs. There was snow on the ground, so we didn't get to take advantage of the outside play area, but it is very nice also. Overall we were very pleased and would definitely stay again.

Property is modern, spacious, warm and inviting! It offers a country breakfast area that allowed the entire family to gather and share more than a meal....but family stories as well! Lisa was helpful and accomodating. I would recommend this house to anyone wanting to create a family memory!

#### Thanksgiving Memories!

We had a fantastic time in this home. The owner was great to work with and quick to respond to our questions. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed, along with having extra amenities and sanitizer. It was such a wonderful welcome to find a special batch of cookies that she purchased from a local bakery upon arrival. Both the adults and our toddlers enjoyed the special treatment. This home is absolutely beautiful and even better than the pictures show. The kitchen was fully stocked to fix our traditional Thanksgiving dinner during a non-traditional Covid year. We relaxed in this cozy, family-friendly home while the kids had fun playing with all the toys the owner provided, both indoor and outdoor. We enjoyed everything about this home and would definitely love to stay here again. Truly a gem in Omaha!

#### Perfect for our family size.

The house was great for our gathering with kids and grandkids. Big enough so it never felt crowded. The kitchen was well equipped and had a lot room. Lisa was very accommodating. She made sure there were three pack n play for our little ones. The play area outside and downstairs helped entertain the kids. I'd recommend this house.

#### 90th birthday party and family reunion

This is a beautiful home ,lacking nothing. The kitchen is well equipped for meal preparation and the beds are comfortable. The large open floorplan is ideal for family gatherings, allowing for visiting while cooking or relaxing. We had 12 adults staying in the home and all were more than satisfied with the home. My dad said he would remember our weekend for the rest of his life. I would highly recommend this home. We did end up being switched to a next door sister property with the same floorplan -.But it seems either home would be equally lovely.

#### Great big house!

We had a great experience during the 3 nights we stayed. The house is truly like the pictures. It is very kids friendly, with toys and outside little playground. The beds are comfortable and sheets/towels very clean. We asked for a second key because we had two cars and different schedule. Lisa the property manager went straight to Home Depot at 8pm to make one for us. That was very much appreciated. There was a keurig coffee machine and a few coffee cups. Soap and shampoo in the showers. We will come back if we travel back to omaha. Our group was made of 8 adults tennis players, no couples, and it worked for us, we each had our own bed and plenty of space.

Our entire family stayed here for five days and had a great time. Plenty of room for all to have their own space and great space for being together. Lots of toys and things for the little ones to play with and close enough to places to visit. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. #### Wonderful Weekend!

My daughter found this listing on-line and forwarded it to me. It met all of our needs for a short weekend in Omaha. We have four adult children with spouses and six grandchildren, plus my husband and myself. This was the perfect location for us! It was a top-notch neighborhood and very close to Lake Zorinsky Aquatic Center. It included free YMCA passes as well but we didn't use them due to the short stay. It was a short 25 minute drive from Mahoney State Park and that is where we came from. The next day we went to the zoo--again a 20 something minute drive. The house itself was perfect for our needs with ample bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us. The kitchen allowed us to take turns fixing our meals and the yard outside was enjoyed by all in the evenings. Over-all, it was just a great spot! We would definitely stay with Lisa again!
